You cannot beat this for value. We rented three apartments and all three worked great for our needs. Over the road from the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Beds were comfortable, air con was great, having a good size fridge and kitchen was very convenient. We often had breakfast on the balcony. Any issue we had was fixed quickly. They provided an excellent cot for my two year old nephew. No problems at all. Excellent stay.

Good location, close to the beach, and lots of shops and restaurants around. For us, as family with small kids, it was fantastic to have a lift ( for the pushchair), the farmacy downstairs, and the medical centre just across the street! It was easy to communicate with the property manager, and all the messages had responded straight away! All looks exactly like the pictures, and the rooms are very clean, although there is no room service while the apartment is occupied. We had a really good stay, we were a family of 5, 3 adults and and 2 kids! There is a fridge, a top counter cooker, and a kettle. All you need for the plates, 🥣 bowls, and cutlery! Highly recommend! Don't forget to get a coffee at the bar, downstairs! It's fantastic!

It was exactly the same as on the pictures, it has an elevator which was great because we have two toddlers . The appartment was clean and everything was new, the view was great and it was really close to the beach , the pharmacy, the shopps and the emergency center . Perfect place for a family ! ☺️

“Cheap and Cheerful accommodation in the heart of the action!”
We stayed here as recommended to and seeing the reviews online, to be close to friends and family also staying close by or in the apartments itself. Lovely spot a stone throw away from Mali I Robit beach. The bedding smelt lovely on arrival and beds nicely made. The Owners contacted us early to let us know the room was ready and were very accommodating and moved cars around for us to park on site and also provided us with replacement towels, bedding and toilet rolls 3 days into our stay. Please note, there are no soap, dish cloths, oil, salt etc. so you will need to bring own.. ( supermarkets in area are expensive ( during Summer).

“It was brilliant!”
We enjoyed staying for 6 nights at Residenza Kalter in Golem. Staff are very kind and professional. The flat was very clean and the “beach theme” furnitures made the stay more comfortable. Close to the sea side and easy access around the building via lift. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. The best place to stay with family :)

The apartment is very nice and clean. The location is very quiet and close to the beach. There are also many shops, pharmacy, restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a good communication with Joniada in English.
