“Great stay!”
Everything was clean. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool area right in front of the hotel was perfect for relaxing and the beach was easy accessible. Breakfast offered a great selection of fresh and tasty food. The front desk offer us a free late check out to enjoy the day. Super!

Qëndrimi ynë te Marbella Beach Hotel ishte super eksperiencë. Hoteli shumë i pastër, dhomat komode dhe gjithçka e rregulluar me kujdes. Stafi ishte shumë i sjellshëm, i buzëqeshur dhe gjithmonë i gatshëm për të ndihmuar për çdo gjë. Atmosfera shumë relaksuese dhe vend perfekt për pushime. Pamja dhe ambienti shumë të bukura, të bën të ndihesh rehat menjëherë. Ushqimi i mirë dhe shërbimi korrekt. Me të vërtetë një vend ku do ktheheshim përsëri pa e menduar dy herë. Positives. 1. Location is right on the front street and a literal 2 min walk to the beach and promenade if required. 2. The room we had was top floor with sea view and was spotless, the view was stunning. 3. Food at breakfast was a lot better than I expected after reading other reviews, glad I didn’t listen to those. 4. Majority of the staff are fantastic, one member was just grumpy the whole time but didn’t detract from the stay 5. Marco the hotel taxi driver is a lovely young man. 6. Pool was excellent area with some shaded areas if required. 7. The cost is very reasonable, especially for the room we had. 8. Reception staff excellent and fixed our reported socket issue within 30 mins. 9. Air con excellent. 10. WiFi was good and strong, used my firestick no problems. Definitely recommend this hotel

“Beautiful hotel on the beach”
The hotel is beautifully placed 1 min walk from the beach. It has a pool just outside the entrance with a bar just next to it. The hotel also has a bunch of beach toys for the kids which was much appreciated as there is a private beach for the hotel. The staff was wonderful at the reception, in the restaurant and at the bar. The breakfast was exquisite with a huge choice of salads, warm foods, sweets etc.

“Fantastic place”
Location, staff, food, decor, beds next to the pool, lounges on the beach, great value for money. Breakfast had huge choice, yes is the same every day but hard to think about something what was missing. I do not expect bacon in Albania but lots of fried sausages, , my English partner said fried mushrooms would be nice to add up.. But it is just as in previous reviews I seen people complaining about food so we had conversation why? And what could be added up.. I think was great..Just maybe labels as my partner was confused a bit with soft cheese, yogurts and I heard one man asking the waitress is it sugar in yogurt so maybe people as scary to try without labels.... They have got tortoises my boy loved to feed them every day and pet them... Staff is very friendly, beach towels for €1 per whole stay.. Actually we thinking to book again next year too.

“3 star basic Hotel”
Honestly, the hotel felt more like a basic 3-star place rather than a 4-star one. It’s quite simple, with no real facilities, and the cleanliness was just average. The room had only the essentials TV, air conditioning, and a safe ,nothing extra. There was no hair dryer, the toilet wasn’t very clean, and the floor didn’t feel properly maintained either. The shower had a curtain, which isn’t what you’d expect from a hotel that claims to be 4-star. On a positive note, the girl serving breakfast was very kind and welcoming, truly delivering 5-star service. The view from the balcony was also really nice and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a very basic stay with a few good points, but it doesn’t really meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.
