everything . i enjoyed my stay. staff very nice from reception done to the cleaners. the food is very good and the manager mandy was very helpful with good communication incase i need anything. i did all inclusive and i enjoyed every bit of it . it’s a good value for money and especially the have very tasty meals and varieties

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Luxury Premium Finese Hotel and felt compelled to share how exceptional the experience was. From the very first moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality from the entire staff, which immediately set the tone for a memorable visit. The level of service throughout my stay was truly impressive from the beautifully presented beverages and expertly crafted cocktails to the incredible fine dining experience that exceeded my expectations. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism. A special thank you to Gani, who was always there whenever I needed anything and made sure everything was perfect at all times. I would also like to give a big shoutout to Ana for being such an exceptional assistant and for her constant kindness and attentiveness. My appreciation also goes to the manager Mandy for maintaining such a high standard of service and making guests feel genuinely valued. Many thanks as well to Agung and Habibi for their great service and positive energy during my stay. And I cannot forget the amazing spa ladies, who were incredibly kind and made my spa session relaxing and enjoyable. Their professionalism and warmth added a beautiful finishing touch to my experience. Overall, my stay at Luxury Premium Finese Hotel was nothing short of fantastic, and I truly look forward to returning again in the future. The hotel is right on the beach and has a lovely sandy beach with lots of sunbeds. The sea is shallow and sandy, very suitable for swimming with children. The hotel has a swimming pool. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and luxurious. The rooms are cleaned every day. Bathrobes, slippers, shampoos are all available and replenished every day. The restaurant on the fifth floor has an amazing view of the sea. In the morning, you can enjoy breakfast while looking at the stunning sea, and in the evening – a colourful beautiful sunset. In addition to all the beauty that you see around, the sea and the interior of the restaurant, you also get pleasure from food. Because they cook in this restaurant with a soul. The food is very tasty and varied. There’s meat, fish, seafood, fruits, vegetables, and delicious desserts. I don’t usually eat cakes, but here I couldn’t resist them! Thank you to all the staff – everyone was friendly and helpful. You made our stay unforgettable.

“A truly incredible stay.”

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the décor is extremely chic. We attended the hotel whilst it was experiencing a lower capacity than usual, so it was a lot quieter and they provided set menus rather than buffets; I am vegetarian but they went above and beyond to cater for me and the food provided was some of the tastiest I'd ever had at an all-inclusive. We had a few teething problems throughout with the safe not working and other factors, but the staff were extremely helpful in rectifying this for us. I just want to give a huge thank you to the manager as he was extremely friendly and looked after us a huge amount whilst we were in Albania! I'd highly recommend anybody to visit this establishment.
