The view from the apartment was amazing even though it was a bit of a distance from durres. What you see in the picture is how the apartment looks.. There is a pizza shop just below the apartment. Nice to walk around. The owner was very attentive in our inquiries. We love our stay and feel like home.

The location was exceptional. It was spectacular to have dinner by the seaside, sitting on our balcony while watching the sunset. I appreciated the sliding doors that opened up the living room space bringing fresh Albanian air in, and the facilities were all clean. There were cooking utensils and toiletries provided which made our stay more convenient. Amir was a great host, providing us with useful information from check-in to check-out. It was like a home away from home. Thank you Amir and Julie for this wonderful experience!

The stay was wonderful. The apartment is super spacious, equipped with everything you need and even more. The view is fantastic, you open the big glass doors and it's like the beach and the sea are the same as the living room. Amir is very kind, he helps you with anything, he recommends places and restaurants. It would be great if every owner behaved like Amir. You feel like a real guest.

The host is truly incredibly attentive. The view of the house is magnificent. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos and is very safe. It is perfect to be available at any time. I experienced health problems during my stay. He made sure I could get to the hospital quickly, organized a car and was very attentive throughout the entire process. We are especially grateful to Mr. Kenan. We will come again.

The appartement is beautiful: it's spacious, very clean, you'll find everthing you need and within a few steps you are at the beach, the next supermarkt or restaurant. But the best thing ist the host Amir! Whatever we wanted to know or needed, Amir was there to help us. Amir, his family and friends were extremly firendly and helpful! Thank you Amir for making our stay in Qerret unforgetable. And a special thanks to your uncle who drove us to our bus and waited all the time with us, to make sure will get safely on the right bus. We highly recomment a stay at this wonderful appartment with it's outstanding host!

The location of the apartment was superb with views of the beach. The host was extremely helpful and thoughtful and helped to arrange taxis to Durres and to the airport. He went above and beyond to be welcoming. His English was excellent as he had studied in the UK which made it very easy to communicate with him.

Absolutely amazing! A must stay for people visiting Durres/Qerret. The photos and views are bang as stated. We can get amazing sunset views from the comfort of the couch. Fine restaurants around to try out. Definitely visiting this place again.

What we liked the most was the welcome by the owner of the property. Amir was waiting for us before the amartament. Then led inside, and there was a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment itself is clean, very well equipped. Thanks to the fact that it has decent windows, no noise from outside reached us.

I can not imagine a better place to stay. The place is perfect. There is everything you need and in the living room a super comfortable and huge coach and a tv. The apartment looks great as in the pictures. The beach is literally few steps from the building. The surroundings are safe and Amir & Julie network of friends do not leave you alone, if needed. Lots of bars and restaurants, from the easygoing to the more elegant ones. But the very best of the apartment is the big wall-window and the terrace! We have spent hours sittings outside and looking at the sea, an hypnotic and relaxing vision. Amir and Julie are super friendly and helpful.

The appartment is a private second-floor appartment. The common staircase is a bit run-dowwn but the appartment is attractive. Its location is perfect. Just at the beachfront with wonderful views from the balcony. And the appartment has everything you need. The host Ami is very helpful. Any problem will be solved immidiately.
