We had an absolutely wonderful stay and were completely satisfied in every way. We lived here for three months, and throughout the entire period, the host was exceptional. The hospitality was truly outstanding. Whenever we needed help or had a question, he was always available and responded incredibly quickly. He was consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of at all times. Communication was excellent from start to finish—fast, clear, and always kind. It is rare to find a host who is so dedicated to ensuring that guests have the best possible experience. The location is also fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would like to sincerely thank him for all his support, kindness, and assistance throughout our stay. A well-appointed apartment with a comfortable balcony. A beautiful view of the trees in the courtyard. A quiet location.

Landlords father and sister were very friendly. The father was there often. He tried to supply us with firewood. The sister speaks english very well. The apartment was clean. Electricity, WiFi, hot water, toilet, shower and appliances worked very well. Check in and check out was super easy. We could park right in front of the building. Shops, bakery, and the beach is 5-10 min walk.

I stayed at Guest House Jurgen for 6 nights, from September 27 to November 4, and it was truly an amazing experience. The place is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The apartment was cozy and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed and to give useful tips about the area. Their warm hospitality made me feel at home right away. The location is also excellent – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything important. It was the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience. I highly recommend Guest House Jurgen to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Good location a couple of minutes away from the sea front. The father of the owner was there waiting for us and promptly assisted us.

A large apartment for a reasonable price. Beach is just few minutes to walk. Many different food places nearby. A parking lot is just in the yard, which is always guarded. Freandly people, which are always ready to help. Fast response in case of any questions. In the departure day we got a flat tire. Jurgen helped us to find a tire repair service, discussed their our problem and even drove us to the tire service station. It was a great time for us with great people. Thank you very much for help!

This large, clean and well appointed condominium was great. My wife and I stayed for a week, and enjoyed the space, the free & ample parking, fast WiFi, the cooking facilities, large new fridge, spacious bathroom, plenty of hot water, and comfortable beds. The area of Golem is quieter than its busy neighbor, (Durres) especially in mid October, but there are still some restaurants open, good currency exchange facilities, and lots of good size and well stocked supermarkets. For a peaceful and very comfortable holiday by the seaside at an extremely fair price Jürgen's house (condo) is hard to beat. Thank you Jurgen, your communications before and during our stay were extremely helpful, we do hope to stay with you again in the future.

Very quiet accommodation, very clean, 5 minuts to the beach, very friendly lady. Many shops, restaurants nearby. If you need help, Jurgen help you.

Very clean. Located at a very quiet area. Easy to get to restaurants and beach. The landlady is very friendly and nice. We were late for the check in due to the bus delay, but the landlady was waiting for us until we arrived.

overall 10/10 Jurgen and his family are extremely kind people they are responding to requests and questions within a minute Jurgen texted me days upon my arrival to check if I need anything and understand everything the apartment itself has everything you need It is very well described in booking.com spotless clean, comes with fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine the two balconies come in handy, you always can choose between sun or shadow the area is very peaceful and safe in 3 minutes you can arrive at the beach and only one minute away is a little grocery store where you can buy everything you need if I ever come to golem again, I will stay with Jurgen’s apartment for sure 10/10 can I recommend this apartment to you
