It was modern and new. Great balcony to sit on. Great that there was an oven, microwave and kettle to be able to cook at home. I have stayed at other apartments in Golem where this was not available. Heating worked well too.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful – brand new, with fresh renovation and a modern design. It has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy furniture. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The host was excellent – very kind, responsive, and always available to answer questions or help if needed. Communication was smooth and fast, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

A very comfortable, air-conditioned (two units) apartment on the 6th floor (accessible by elevator) of a new apartment building overlooking the luxurious Fafa hotel complex. It's 500 meters from the beach and promenade. There are two grocery stores on the way to the beach – I recommend the Sula market, which has everything at good prices. Right next door is an Azerbaijani restaurant – I recommend trying the local cuisine; it's not just fast food, but good, very tasty dishes. The apartment is well-equipped. I've been to many, but I've never found anything like this anywhere. For example, there was even toothpaste and laundry detergent. Have you ever seen anything like this anywhere? And finally, it's clean, very clean. I recommend the apartment and the very kind host.

The apartment is amazing, clean, comfortable, beautifully designed. 5 min walk from the beach. Supermarket 1 min walk. The host is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
