“I liked the bed the best”

Location was good. The shower was warm, had a microwave & mini fridge which liked. The best part was the bed. It was so comfy.

You could open a window and get fresh air. We are finding most rooms in Canada too hot.

Location and cost.

Everything was good, comfortable and clean like home 🏡.

It was clean and in good condition. Had a bathroom, microwave, small fridge and tv with many cable channels.

“Super stressful - reservation cancelled with short notice due to overbooking.”

I was called at 10am on the morning of my check in and was told there are "no more pet friendly rooms" and my reservation was cancelled. Zero assistance given. Why allow rooms to be booked that don't exist? Why *charge* my credit card for the full amount? And Booking.com is not the problem. You could say on your website or on Booking.com that people *must* call direct if pets are staying. I ended up staying at the Super 8 a block away and paid $313.00 (with 'discount'!). I was genuinely afraid there. It was like the Bates Motel. My dog makes no noise and does not make a mess. I would have paid a massive deposit to stay in a regular room; if anyone could tell a dog stayed there, keep it.

Very bad experience.

It's a very clean reasonably priced accommodation. Easily accessible from the highway. We prefer to stay on the ground floor for easy access to the room.

Easy check in and out, friendly staff. Comfortable guest room. Tea/coffee available in the lobby in the morning.
