Located on the Trans-Canada Highway, this Golden motel is situated between the Rocky and Selkirk mountain ranges. Golden town centre is 5 minutes' drive away. Free WiFi access and cable TV are provided in every room at the Ponderosa Motor Inn. They are equipped with a refrigerator and include bathroom amenities. A children’s playground are located on site at the Ponderosa Inn. There is also an outdoor patio with BBQ facilities. The weekend shuttle to Golden is located 500 metres way. “Please; if you want to get humiliated and its for free then only wish to stay in this garbage.”
Attitude of staff was very bad and rude. Room was ok but it make annoying sound in night; semms like plumbing make very loud noise. Bathtubs are painted with latex paint which was coming out. Staff using baised and inappropriate words to our kids.

“It was a good stay.....breaksfeast was tacky.”
It was good! Communication at the office and the free breakfast was a little tacky.....take your platter to the office and get cereal or a bun.
