This Golden, British Columbia lodge is within a 15-minute drive of Kicking Horse Mountain, a ski resort. This bed and breakfast features free Wi-Fi and a hot tub. Kat and her lovely family made us feel totally at home in their fabulous property. Our bedroom suite was perfect for our stay, the bed was very cozy and the breakfast experience, with all guests sharing the same large table, was excellent 👌

Top quality, clean accommodation with large, comfortable guest lounge with walk out to garden and hot tub where we sat out and had drinks at night. Nicest breakfast the whole 4 weeks in Canada and Cat's scrambled eggs the best ever tasted. Cat and Paul were really friendly and helpful hosts - as active mountain bikers were able to advise on where to go and what to do. Well located in pleasant residential suburb , just of main road and short drive into Golden centre.

“An absolute gem, comfy, clean & perfect for access to Golden & surrounding area!”
The one-bedroom suite was actually a first floor apartment that was big & very spacious. Everything was super clean, the lounge area was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with a good sized table & 4 chairs, the bathroom was spotless & the bed/pillows was so comfy we were sad to leave! Great bed linen & towels. There was so much space for all of our belongings & a cute little balcony with a BBQ on it. There was also a shared jacuzzi in the garden, clean & ready for use. The suite is part of the large family home & there was another party of 6 using the B&B rooms, but we weren’t troubled by noise, in fact we heard nothing during our stay, it was so quiet. Kat was friendly & helpful on arrival, giving advice on restaurants, walking trails & places of interest. Would highly recommend whether you’re staying just a couple of nights in Golden, or more. It’s a lovely house in a beautifully appointed suburb just off the highway, a few minutes drive down into the town.

“A sweet spot in Golden!”
We had the king bed suite with living room and kitchen. Was quiet, had a mountain view especially from the balcony, and hot tub in the backyard (shared) was awesome! The owners were friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay!

“Stunning and so comfortable B & B!”
Beautiful house and garden in a semi-rural area. The room was large, beautifully furnished, huge bed, tea and coffee making facilities and a large shared sitting room. Cat and Paul were genuinely welcoming hosts and the breakfast was great, lots of options and all so fresh. We loved being in their home! Would return without hesitation.

We received a warm & friendly Welcome from Kat & Paul to their beautiful home. Our room was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable, we had the added use of a communal lounge, with plenty of hot drinks & also the use of the hot tub. Tasty home cooked breakfast with lots of choice. Kat was very helpful booking the trips to Moraine & Louise for us and also gave us lots of local advice & knowledge.

1 bedroomed apartment within lodge which could easily pass as a permanent residence. Equipt with everything you could need however long yur stay. Met by the lovely Kat who explained everything to us about the accommodation and gave pointers on what to do, where to eat and answered our many questions.
