I enjoyed my stay very much in this beautiful historic house in Golden. The owners were very friendly, welcoming, and down-to-earth, and it’s clear they take great pride in keeping both the house and the grounds in excellent condition. The highlights for me were the opportunity to talk about the property and history of Golden with the owners and others staying and the home-cooked breakfast and the baked treats — the muffin I had one morning was amazing. Access was easy, and the property is just a short walk to Golden’s Main Street. The town itself is small, clean, safe, and very pleasant to explore.

The hospitality was great and the hosts was the kindest people. They even sat down and eat breakfast with us. We felt like home. If your into cosiness, this is it! The location is good, just a few minutes walk to the city center.

Homely stay with exceptional breakfast made by Judy the landowner. Rooms impeccably clean and comfortable. Felt like home. This is an old but elegant aristocrat-like building, very well refurbished by the current owner who run the establishment.

Fantastic, original breakfasts. Made sure there were always tasty gluten free options. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. It felt a little like staying with a favourite aunt and uncle!

“Great option close to Red Rocks for concert goers from outside the Denver Metro area.”
The breakfast was a great highlight. We loved having a civilized hour of discussion and good food to start our day. Fresh fruit salad, tasty egg dish, meat as well as yummy cranberry, white chocolate scones. And, a plus for my early rising husband, coffee and a spot to hang out in the parlor from 5:30 AM onward.

“An friendly B&B in a good location, and with an excellent breakfast.”
A friendly and welcoming B&B within walking distance of Golden's shops, restaurants and attractions. Our room was comfortable and had all we needed. The high spot of our stay was the breakfast, shared with other guests. The food was excellent, original, and beautifully presented. It was great to share this meal with the other guests and we all enjoyed getting to know each other.
