Overview
On the outskirts of Golden Sands, Villa Mari offers air-conditioned rooms with cable TV 200 metres from the beach and just steps from shops and restaurants. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas and free parking is provided. Bathroom facilities and a fridge are shared with one other guest room. They are also brightly coloured and simply decorated. Each room is entitled to 4 parking spaces. You are also welcome to use the barbecue facilities, children's playground and garden for entertainment. It is a 15-minute walk to Golden sands and Aquapolis Aqua Park. Varna’s Sea Garden can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

“Quiet rest a stone throw away from the buzz of the Golden sands”
Sea views with the evening breeze coming through the balcony was great to sleep without aircon. Quiet area not far from main resort. Property was tidy overall with table and sun umbrella on the balcony.

“Comfortable Clean room 10 min walk from beach”
Comfortable clean room with much needed air conditioning on the top floor. Line to hang and dry clothes out the window Shared bathroom toilet and fridge with another appartement Simple very basic cooking equipment in the garden

“Disrespectful and improper behaviour from the hotel manager”
Good price-quality ratio. The place is quiet and far from noisy places. Comfortable bed, air-conditioned room, I slept very tight. There is a supermarket near the hotel. I was accommodated a little after 00:00 h. , thanks to the owner (or the lady that manages everything in the hotel). There is a room for improvement when it comes to the cleanliness and the facilities. They'd better make sure there are no centipedes on the walls of the corridors and the stairs at least. However, giving the low price during the summer season, the place is quite acceptable.

Good value for money. Close to nice beaches. The only drawback is the distance to the next bus station-10min walk, it's betterif you have a car because for walking with luggage it's far. Not so many restaurants around but Konstantin and Elena is close if you want more variety.
