I liked the place because it was close to the beach (a 15-minute walk) and to the main walkway of Golden Sands... The view was beautiful and the evenings were quiet and peaceful.

- Your visit is met with a trashy scam. Upon booking, it says that air conditioner is included, but only once you book and pay you receive a message that you need to pay extra for an air conditioner! The owner has hidden this information in a tab on the website named "Important information". The owner said that there is 24h free cancellation because my booking didn't have free cancellation, maybe it's because it was same-day booking. - Room was supposed to be with "side sea-view" but all you see is bushes less than meter from your window, literally. - Any positive reviews on this property is because after your stay the owner contacts you and asks you to rate your stay with "maximum mark", meaning 10. Nevertheless, the property still has 7.9, not 10. - The smell of the room is putrid. Upon entering you immediately smell the thickness of the air with stench from decades old furniture and curtains. We got a rash on the skin. - The bed is VERY uncomfortable and full of ants, as well as the floor. There are flies everywhere. Photos I uploaded show the ants. - The bathroom stinks, there is no air ventilation. - The entrance to the room is a transparent door entered from the cafeteria where the hotel staff entirely consisting of two permanently drunk men, who are literally always right in front of your door sitting with a TV blaring at full sound. Anytime you exit your room these men talk to you about anything and they reek of alcohol. - Yes, while the location is known before you book your stay, what you don't know is that the "villa" is on a mountaintop and while the beach is nearby, you have to climb a decent amount and cover an elevation of 100m or more. - The "villa" is on a main road where there are constantly cars with 90+km/h and there you hear it all the time. - There is no supermarket with vegetables or fruits anywhere nearby, you need to drive 10km or something like that to find one.

The view is very nice, directly from the studio as well as from the balcony. The host present in the villa helped us with everything we needed, including crossing the street. He was really nice. There is free coffee and a common kitchen equipped with everything needed.

The property was just a short walk from the beach Nirvana! ☀️

Staff was friendly. My room was good size and I liked the view from my balcony. Location is near the beach and not very far from the centre. Bus stop is near the hotel (if you wanna visit Varna etc). And hotel offers you coffee for free. Also I did not need to pay for the aircondition. I can recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a little fridge and a balcony with shade and sun. There was free coffee and a shared kitchen. Quick and easy access to the beach.

Jackie is a super host

Everything was perfect, stunning view, big room, big terrace, nice and clean pool. The kitchen has everything you need, barbeque zone, airfyer, electric grill... the nearest beach is a 7-8 minute walk, Golden Sands center is a 20-minute walk or approachable by mini trains (5 leva/person). Good prices in restaurants and markets, we couldn't think of anything that wasn't provided for us. We will definitely be back.

When we arrived there were a few questions, but Jackie solved them very quickly. A very nice girl with whom you can find a common language. Special thanks to the staff, very attentive always asked if everything was in order. Location to the sea 5 minutes. beautiful view from the highway.
