We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is excellent – just a 10-minute walk to the sea at a comfortable pace. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea was absolutely beautiful. Although the interior is not newly renovated, everything was very clean and well-maintained. During our stay, the bathroom door handle broke, but the host promptly fixed it. When we ran out of trash bags and toilet paper, we were kindly provided with more. The host and his parents were very pleasant and welcoming. The underground parking was also a big plus – very convenient, with 24/7 access (6 euros per day).

Everything was in place and clean. The apartment had a lot of facilities and was close to the sea. Very spacious for a family of 4, very close to the beach, the men we were in contact on WhatsApp was very helpfull with all the questions we had and we were lucky enough to check in earlier than agreed 🤗. I recommend it and would come back anytime 😘

very spacious apartment with two sleeping rooms in a quiet area, full equipment in both kitchen and bathroom. very friendly host who contact us before arriving and guide us with all our questions. bus stop nearby to go. to Varna town. Will definitely come back.

The communication with the host was excelent before and during stay. He was great, even helped with the luggage! The view of the see from the balcony was great. Just about 7 minutes walk to the beach. It was a plus having paking place (paid) at the ground floor.

The host was exceptional and took the time out to make sure we knew everything about the apartment and the location of shops etc. He also remained in contact to ensure our stay was smooth and if we required transport arranged. The apartment was to a very high standard of cleanliness, spacious and the view overlooking the black sea was stunning. I cannot fault it one bit and would have no hesitation in booking this property again.

The view to the Black Sea is really perfect. The handling over of the keys and intro was fine, the appartment very clear, with muc space and sufficiently equipped with all what is necessary. We liked the stay a lot. The owner is very supportive and answered quickly. The living room gets in the afternoon very warm, but the climatisation works very well once activated and the appartment has windows on two sides, so by opening the windows the temperature regulates quite fast. The parking was optional with 10 BGN / day, but perfect. As the parking outside can become problematic,, it was great to have a safe parking space in the house. All over we had really a great time. Thanks a lot!

“Wonderful Beach Apartment”

The place looks just like the photos – spacious and comfy. The best part... The balcony views of the sea is absolutely amazing – perfect for mornings and sunsets. Cooking was easy, as the kitchen had everything we needed. Having a washing machine was super convenient for longer stays. The indoor garage was a big bonus for secure parking. Since it's a private apartment, there's no reception, but the owner's was always quick to help and had great advices. The owner's friendly and prompt communication made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place. It truly exceeded my expectations and I'm already thinking about my next trip back next year.

The location is close to the beach. The rooms are spacious and there are handy appliances like hairdryer, washing machine and fridge with ice generator. There’s underground parking (5€/day) - this is a huge plus since parking spaces in the village are scarce.

Excellent location - worth the walk to the beach in exchange for the panoramic view of the bay. Apartment was spacious, light, comfortable and well equipped.

We are very happy with our stay. Very spacious flat with amazing views. Convenient location near the centre and beaches of Golden Sands (5-10 min walk). Air-conditioning through the apartment. Very comfortable beds. The host and hostess were very helpful. Secured parking. 30min drive from Varna Airport. We will definitely be back.
