Everything was nice and clean

“Nice Hotel, Good FOOD, Friendly Staff, Pleasant Vacation”

First of all we want to thank the staff for making our trip pleasant and to feel comfortable in your hotel. PRO : 1. Front Desk Officer was a very polite lady and whiling to help us with all information we needed. She helped us with beach transfer for all of the days we stayed in the hotel and we are very thankful for that. In the last day, she helped us to keep the car into the underground parking for few hours while we enjoyed the beach before departure. 2. FOOD : Very good food, tasty and various every day. Fresh fruits. Fresh Coffee. Fresh Juices. Child friendly food as well. We have a 3 years old child and we didn't have problems during our stay. 3. ROOM : very Spacious, and clean . Also, with a very large terrace having a half view to the seaside ( Room 225 ). Housekeeping did a wonderful job: changing bedsheets every day, clean towels, everything was perfect. 4. Location: Easy to find, located in the Center, close by to everything (supermarkets, shops, restaurants and so on ) 5. TIPs and suggestions : a. Even if you have a full board premium for food, would be nice if you will include also Open Bar in your offer because only 2 beers, or 2 glasses of wine or 2 glasses of juice / person is not enough. b. Try to keep and promote the Sky Bar a little bit more ( especially if you offer Open Bar service ) because we wanted to go in one of the nights and was closed. Is shame that you have such wonderful view from top of the hotel and not to use it.

We booked two rooms at this modern hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious with elegant décor, and the staff were consistently friendly and efficient. Housekeeping was provided daily, keeping everything spotless. The food was tasty and varied, with wine, beer, coffee, and soft drinks included during meals, while other alcoholic drinks were available for an extra charge. The private beach can be reached by a mini train, and free access is arranged with cards collected from reception in the morning. We parked in the hotel lot for a fee and had no issues at all. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing vacation!

The food was good. On some days it was better, on others it wasn’t cooked as well. The breakfast was generous, as were all the meals. The facilities, especially the spa, were very good. That’s about it.

“A good 4*+ hotel”

The hotel is brand new. The room on the top (9th) floor was just great. Nice sea view although with several buildings in between. Staff is quite helpful and welcoming. Pool was ok, however visited it only once - the first day. The location was just perfect, a bit on the outskirts of the busy and noisy area! Hotel clean and not noisy. Food was fresh maybe a bit of lack of taste (but I’m not a foody). We were mostly having breakfast and lunch, so cannot comment about the dinner as we usually prefer to have it outside.

(1) The personnel were very polite. positive, helpful and could speak Bulgarian. (2) The room was spacious, well arranged, with sound proofing and cooling system. (3) Housekeeping - daily visits, regular change of towels. The common parts were clean as well. (4) The food was sufficient in quantity, fresh and mostly ok in diversity. However, it was a bit lacking in quality e.g. the desserts, the tomatoes, the pancakes etc. What was good were most of the meats and the side dishes for them. (5) Pool - the water was too cold and there was sun over it only in the first half of the day (i.e. it is not very usable in its current state). (6) Beach access - superior rooms can get a free beach access card (and I believe non-superiors can pay for it). However, the cards are limited and there is a risk that you may not be able to get one in the busy periods. A mini bus takes people to and from the private beach each hour from 9am-5pm. If not using the bus, the walking distance is a bit far. Recommendations: give a map to the guests on where Poseidon's spot and other locations on the beach are as many people cannot find it initially, arrange/explain how to access the private beach when there are no cards available e.g. is it possible to pay directly at the entrance and use the mini bus? (7) Beach quality - the Riviera beach, where Poseidon's spot is located, is good not too crowded, sandy and shallow for quite a few meters in. There is a bar at 1 min walking distance where there is also a wc. However, the housekeeping of the beach is way below average - no daily cleaning of the beach (in the morning, there are cigarettes and other rubbish in the sand, sunbeds are as people have left them the previous day with sand etc.), tables - some old and leaning to the side, sunbeds - fast drying, but very uncomfortable and no option to rent a soft topper to mitigate that.

Very clean hotel. Reception is very helpful. There is a sauna and stream room. They serve excellent full board.

We had a generally pleasant stay, with just a few minor issues. The hotel is modern, new, clean, and very comfortable. The food was varied and delicious. We especially enjoyed the private beach near the Lotus Hotel – it was quiet and relaxing. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the beach. Although there’s a shuttle that runs once an hour and drops you off nearby, we preferred walking and didn’t find it tiring at all.

Excellent service and value for money. Food was diverse and great, staff always smiling and helpful. Room was big size, very comfortable mattress. Minibus available every hour to go to the beach, but we used it only once as the beach was only 10 minutes walk. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday and would recommend this hotel.

• The hotel is new and very clean – everything looked fresh, modern, and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. • Good variety of food : every meal had multiple options. It would definitely be a plus if some traditional dishes would be included in the options. • Restaurant staff were incredibly attentive and made the dining experience pleasant • Access to two pools - although the hotel’s pool is small, you can use the much larger pool at the neighboring hotel, which was a great bonus • Free shuttle to the beach – it was easy and convenient to get to the beach without worrying about transportation
