Overview
Joya Park Complex is situated 550 metres from the beach in Golden Sands. It is surrounded by greenery and features units with individual air conditioning system and a relax zone. The relax centre provides a hot tub, a sauna, a steam bath and massages. There is an outdoor swimming pool in the garden as well as billiards, table tennis and a tennis court. In the summertime barbecues are organized. The Joya Park has a lobby bar and a pool bar offering refreshments. The restaurant has a summer terrace and serves European and Bulgarian cuisine, as well as delicacies from the Black Sea. Bus stop is 50 metres away and supermarket is located in the building. Varna can be reached within a 20-minute drive.

Fantastic swimming pool. Huge, quiet, very clean, lifeguard on duty, plenty of sun loungers. Friendly staff. Spacious room, cleaned daily. Very good value for money.

The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating our requests with courtesy. The pool was big, looked great and was very well maintained - the pool was the highlight of our stay. Poolside music was really nice (well aimed at UK tourists of our age!) and at the right level to be relaxing. Beach is about a 10 to 15 minute walk but when we went there the beach area was quite noisy so it was actually better to be at a distance. Hotel was very quiet - we slept well. Rooms and apartments are well equipped and have AC. Nice balcony that overlooked the pool and had a sea view.

They dont respect the rooms book.The reservation was for 2 apartms and at the receptions inform us that all that they have are 2 double rooms.

The location is close to the beach and to the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean, and the swimming pool was nice. Overall was a pleasant vacation.

“Don't be fooled by the 4 stars!”
Do not be fooled by the 4 stars! I’m not sure how they got them, but it’s certainly not according to European standards. We only had breakfast included, and the selection was very limited — not great at all. For example, the sausages were half-cooked, and the scrambled eggs were watery. The mattresses are so bad that even if you press with your hand, they sink in completely; sleeping on them feels like doing contortions. Everything is old, and I honestly don’t know when they last cleaned the rooms or hallways. There was a lot of dust in the air conditioning, and spider webs in the corner of the elevator (a lovely “welcome”), as well as in the room. Maybe they’re doing some kind of promotion for Wednesday season 2.

They don't have many parking spaces, and if you find the hotel full, you have to park your car for a fee of 20-30 Leva at another hotel or at a private parking lot. Although they say in the room price that you have parking included.

“Great hotel for couples with children, great value for money.”
We booked this hotel last minute the price was so attractive and 300m pleasant walk to the beach. The Hotel is simple, 90's decor, breakfast not included with a great size Pool!! Lovely staff, super clean, and elevator, we stayed at the Family room with a roomy Balcony and we could see our kid swimming in the pool. The room was huge and super clean, comfortable bed and bathroom, Mini firdge, additional sofa bed for our little son, (6 years old). Great hotel if you want to save money and is not looking to stay at the hotel all the time which was the purpose of our trip. Recommend!
