“Excellent hotel, neglected zone”
We had a great time at the hotel. The staff was nice, the room was clean.The room had fairly new air conditioning. Although it was not a requirement, we had a room with a sea view. We could enjoy the sunrise directly from our bed. Cleaning was done daily and towels were changed every two days. The zone was quiet, surrounded by trees. There were two really nice beaches within a 10min walk. The food was fresh and delicious. Along with the main dishes, every day a kind of soup is available (meatball soup, fish soup, chicken soup or cream soup), fruits and cakes. There is a small playground corner for the kids, which my son really enjoyed. Parking is available in the courtyard, but there is plenty of parking on the street as well. (end of August). The zone was quiet, surrounded by trees. It is good value for money.

“We recommend”
My mother and I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. A lovely hotel, clean, quiet, comfortable, very close to the beach. Around 20 mins walk to Golden Sands’ main attractions with convenient bus options. The staff is very friendly and always there to help. The food is delicious. No issues with the water, the pressure was good, you can literally massage your head, it is that good. I loved it. We recommend.

“A great quality-price ratio”
We mostly enjoyed the room size, the meals included (diverse and mostly fresh), the warmth of the staff (especially those who were working in the dining room), as well as the fact that our towels were changed regularly, and the room was clean.

far from anything smelly garbage in front of the hotel it was 10:05 at breakfast and wanted to have a coffe but one staff member reacted very rude saying no, its too late (the breakfast serving ended at 10:00)

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Exotica. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very big, clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Everything from the food (very tasty dinner) to the service exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again! One of the best 3 star hotels we've visited!
