Been here almost every year for the past 15 years. Hotel is well maintained. Breakfast is good with a lot of options. Rooms are very clean and maintained daily.

“ГАРНИЙ ГОТЕЛЬ. A reservation that we were unable to use”
We constantly receive messages from Booking to rate the hotel. Since there was a problem with the reservation and we were refused, because the hotel will not be able to accommodate us from 14.7-21.7.2025, we cannot reliably rate the Erma Hotel. We were offered to book another accommodation and we would be reimbursed the difference of 117.31 BGN, which we refused. Attached are scans of the responses from 7.7.2025. We are very disappointed.

“Very pleasant and comfortable stay.”
The breakfast is very good, tasty, with a wide variety of foods for every taste and from all food groups. It exceeded my expectations. It is comparable to a breakfast at a 4-star hotel.

The hotel sends you an email stating that they cancel the stay for any reason. But the reservation is still on. While you book another hotel, they charge you for not showing up. Very smart ! I’ve lost 100 € because of them. I don’t recommend

“AWFUL NEVER COME BACK IN BULGARIA EVER AGAIN .BETTER STAY AWAY .”
Bulgaria nothing so special . The toilet was dirty no seal nothing , maybe not even clean before check in . No any additional information from personel . Everyone bored .

“Don’t understand so high rating for this hotel. I undersnt that it’s just 2 stars hotel, but it could be better”
the location is very cool. everything is nearby restaurants, beach, shops right at the exit of the hotel. the room itself is comfortable, bed, small table, chair. on the balcony there is also a table and chairs and a drying rack.

Breakfast and dinner was very good. A lot of salads, fruits and sweets. Bathroom was a little bit smaller, you have a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Beach was at 5 minutes of walking, prices 12 leva for umbrella, 12 leva for sunbed, 4 leva for mattress, in total 44 leva for 2 persons.

The room waa very spacious with a good AC. The food from the breakfast buffet was pretty good. It had good placement near a beach and pedestrian areas.
