This is one of the best places I've ever stayed! The entire staff was so welcoming, I can't even describe it. It was my friend's birthday, and they prepared a bottle of champagne in our room. We were given a gorgeous room! The food was top-notch, and the drinks were professionally prepared. They also allowed us a late checkout for free and prepared snacks for us to take with us on the road. Thank you so much! We'll miss you!

A hotel we love to return to — we’ve already stayed three times. Everything was perfect for us: clean, spacious rooms with bathtubs, included spa, calm atmosphere, and a large kids’ playroom. The spa area is good (two dry saunas, Turkish steam bath + jacuzzi by reservation). It’s a pity the hotel is closed in winter, as we would gladly come then too. Minor downsides: the outdoor pool is a bit small and breakfasts are repetitive, but overall this didn’t bother us.

The location is in a good area of Golden Sands, 10 minutes walk from the beach, you can also take the electric mini bus/mini car from the hotel to the beach at specific hours. The food is variated and very good, we were surprised, everything we tried was very good (you have breakfast, snacks, lunch, snacks, dinner). The alcohol isn’t exceptional, it’s the local one. The staff is very nice and friendly. There is also a pool table and a ping pong table.

I liked the availability and kindness of the staff. I liked the way they solved the issue of reaching the beach assuring a suttle for the transportation. I liked the meals.

The staff was really nice. It's much appreciated considering how hard is to work in this industry and to deal with so many people... The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I really loved it. The spa, the pool and cocktail bar were wonderful. The cocktails were the highlight of the trip. Hotel is close to the main attractions.

the food it is not so varied, but it has a good taste and quality Thank you very much to the girl that was on duty between 14-18 aug at the cocktail bar! very efficient and each time with a smile on her face! At each meal the stuff was very attentive and efficient! Bravo!

“Pleasant experience overall”

The staff was very friendly and happy to assist, the cleaning was done every day which we appreciated a lot, the food was okay and you had various choices + some basic dishes to choose from. Close to the beach (around 5-6 minutes of walking) and a great view if you book the rooms with a view.
