Very good everything perfect have also a parking

Mister Peter îs a wonderful guy taking care of a big apartments complex having a nice parking and a beatiful pool, not far to the beach. Late september we had a wonderful spacious room at the 7th floor with pool acces, a large fridge and a big balcony with a wonderful sea view starting from early morning. A great weekend for us !!

Fantastic place to stay only a 5-6 walk away from the beach! I was traveling solo on a working holiday and this was exactly what I wanted. The apartment was larger than I expected, well-furnished, had a cute terrace and good WiFi. The building was just a few minutes away from the beach with lots of places to rent a lounge chair or lay out on a towel. The management was responsive and communicative in case I needed anything. Wonderful value for money and I'd stay again!

Great view and comfortable apartment! Two balconies other with pool and other with sea view.

The Staff/Owner were very friendly and helpful, the location is very good near the beach, with beautiful view from the balcony and windows, the AC was in every room so if someone preferred the temperature colder it was no problem, overall great accommodation, I would definitely recommend.

The apartment we stayed in was extraordinary. The very large terrace, with a sea view, a table, and a swing, was the perfect place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we found everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the two bathrooms – one of them with a bathtub – provided great comfort. Also, the daily cleaning service was carried out between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Our host (Mr. Petar) was always prompt in helping us, starting from the moment of our arrival. Another great advantage was the free parking space in the building’s underground garage. Last but not least, following a less pleasant incident, we discovered that the apartment is located only 200 meters away from a private medical center (inside the International Casino Hotel), which is open 24/7. Without a doubt, if we return to Golden Sands, we will make the same choice again.

The apartment is (still) modern, spacious, and well equipped. Great addition was the swimming pool with always available beach loungres and umbrellas. Very good cleaning service. We were even offered beach towels. Good communication with the owner in English.
