The hotel is very nice and the pool is great. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is good and varied.

I was on vacation between August 16-22 and I stayed in one of the hotel's apartments. Everything was great, the apartment was big, spacious, very clean. Everything is new, modern, equipped with the most modern utilities. From the reception, the hotel lobby, elevator, swimming pool, to the apartment, I have nothing but praise. There is also a medical office that provides medical assistance at all times and is located right next to the pool. The parking is underground right under the hotel, very well secured and with someone who is always available and helpful for directions and helps you park your car. The staff was very kind and responsible. Rooms were cleaned, towels were changed, clean, large, good quality towels were provided at the pool as well. At the restaurant we had all inclusive with diversified food and at the cocktail bar where very good cocktails were offered all the time and in a large number of combinations. Cakes, pizza, coffee, soft drinks, cold water were also offered between meals. The only thing that gave me a little discomfort was the way to the beach, but there is a free shuttle that takes you to the beach. The beach is narrow, unlike Albena, and very, very crowded. The hotel does not have a beach with umbrellas and, therefore, you have to pay for a sunbed and an umbrella. We found places for sunbathing on the beach at the seashore, where you can feel the breeze. The sea water is sapphire colored and extremely clean. There are also free places for sunbathing on the sand. But when you get to the hotel everything is great. Congratulations to the staff and best wishes.

The apartment was ok, with all the necessary facilities and very roomy. Confortable bed and the open space kitchen had a large fridge. New furniture and modern design. The pool area was clean and nice. Tables in the restaurant are big and the breakfast had a high diversity of choices. The bacon was excellent ! :D

Everything was perfect

Although the room was clean, it could have been better. Some food varieties were clearly seasoned with Delikat/Vegeta which is not a healthy option.

Our stay at Continental Apartments was absolutely great. Apartment was great, lots of choice when it came to food, staff were friendly and working really hard every day. Easy 10 min walk to beach. Definitely recommend!

“What a superb hotel. You have the best staff!”

The staff are all AMAZING!! The kindest staff I have ever encountered in 30 years of travelling. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and they took care of us from this time to the time we left. Which other hotels wash their guests clothes for nothing?!? The staff made the holiday and I will certainly stay again. The cleaners were excellent and their laughs brightened up our morning : )

“Perfect family stay”

A perfect location for our family. Food : excelent and trust me - my kids are so pretentious. All 4 of us ate something different, but we were able to find something excellent to eat every time. The Chef stayed between guests and constantly monitored the plates. Cleaning: everything was spotless Distance to/from beach : indeed about 7-10 Minutes and some annoying stairs on the way back, but take into consideration how good and plenty was the food, that distance became an advantage :) Drinks : beer , wine ( didn’t try it) , cocktails, coffee were ok. Do not expect to serve you with single malt whiskey - that came with a different price :) . But you’ll find something decent to drink Parking : indoor and out door parking . I have parked outdoor and what’s nice : you get assistance from a guy where to park . Really appreciated!

Clean, well equipped, nice pool water. The staff was great in all areas of the hotel. Good breakfast, especially banitsa, the cheeses and the yogurt, the beer was always cold. Food in general better than what you usually find in Bulgaria-all inclusive.

The staff is friendly, the apartment was nice, big, clean. It has bathtub which is very useful when you have small children. The food is very good, the variety isn't that big, but everything is fresh and the quality is good. Good value for money though!
