It's rare to find a place that can meet every need of a family, but here they managed it perfectly! The first thing you notice is the impeccable cleanliness. From the rooms to the common areas, everything is always sparkling and tidy. Huge praise for the care of the outdoor areas and swimming pools, always perfect and inviting. One of the most appreciated features for our family was the division of the zones: the relaxation area and pool for adults only and the one dedicated to families. This genius idea allows everyone to enjoy their vacation in complete serenity. Congratulations for thinking of this important detail! The management of operating hours was also commendable. The pool bar closing at 10:00 PM is the ideal choice to ensure nightly rest. We slept in total silence every night, which is not a given in a family-friendly hotel. It was rejuvenating. A special thank you goes to the entire reception staff, always available, smiling, and professional. In particular, I would like to thank the Manager, Maria Yaneva: by listening to our needs, she personally and very promptly handled our request, offering and assigning us a more spacious apartment that was perfect for our family unit. Her kindness and professionalism made all the difference and made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you so much for this fantastic experience. We will definitely return and will recommend your hotel to all our friends
