This Spa Boutique Hotel is situated in the resort Chayka, near the beautiful Cabacum Beach. 4-star hotel that offers a 24-hour front desk, and high-speed free Wi-Fi throughout the property. “Amazing!”
Overall stay was really nice! I’d also like to mention spa, it was amazing. Bus stop is near the hotel and can be reached by foot within 2-3 minutes. Breakfasts were really good too. I can recommend this hotel

I liked everything. Spacious room . Friendly ,caring staff . Good public transport to the city centre and direct bus to the airport View to the sea . I can't really pick on anything.

“Couple with dog vacation”
The size of the room was very good. Room was clean and beds are very comfortable, room was away from the street, therefore it was quiet. Extra pet friendly hotel. The restaurant of the hotel is pretty good. Pool area is new so is nice and neat. The guy at the reception was very nice. 18 mins by car to Varna beach and sea garden. 20 mins to golden sands.

“A hotel with a character”
A hotel with a character, nice furniture and a lovely restaurant. Short walk to the beach. Public transport just outside of the hotel. Super friendly staff. A perfect location for those who like chilled and relaxed atmosphere. Spa facilities were lovely.

“Hope for better luck!”
I loved the spacious room with a sea vew, in spite of the strong wood polish smell, which gave me a constant headache. The bed was great, and the small balcony with 2 chairs was great to have. The lift was also good to have. Beautiful building, hope they'll improve the parking area, or at least pave a path, so that you don't have to struggle walking on rough chalk rubble to get to the hotel.

The room wasn t very clean when we arrived and for the three days we stayed it wasn t cleaned at all. The food at the restaurant is good but the waitter messed our orders a couple of times and then he told us they don t have the food we ordered. This has happened not only with us but also with other customers. On a saturday evening, in full season (july) we wanted to eat at the restaurant but they didn t have almost anything form the menu., except some pizza. Not the best communication in english. For a 4 star hotel I don t think it s acceptable.

Not a lot tbh , it was a disaster we had no running water first day stepped into the shower wet my hair, applied shampoo then the water stopped running ,totally shocking , reported it to reception , didn't seem bothered at all , eventually water came on& managed yo rinse hair but couldnt shower because the water went off again! Breakfast for £20 was very poor , didn't eat at the hotel again. Second day again no water ,complained again to reception , they told us if it continues they would move us to another room thr following day, we'll that was no good we were leaving then ,shocking place ,looks beautiful but badly run & no customer care at all , and miles put of Golden Sands ,so had to fork out for taxis very unhappy & will be making an official complaint and request a refund for a very, Very bad experience
