People working there were always trying to help to make your stay better. For example, there was a party downstairs, and stuff members would ask if it's not too loud, and if it is, to let them know ASAP.

“Excellent hotel for traveler like us!”
Everything! For such a price we had everything what we needed! Only one thing, that in the rooms it was a little bit too warm, so the A/C would be perfect, but opening windows helped a little.

“Nice central place”
It is a modern, new building in the city center of Goldap. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfest leaves no whishes open, it is excellent. The parking is in front of the hotel. Nice, calm place to come again.

“Pleasant stay”
Friendliness of staff, cleanliness. We especially liked the food, we had the opportunity to taste traditional food. I especially liked the soups, but not only. I recommend to include in the room price dinner. Pretty good location. It was not far from the area of the Mazurian lakes, an hour away by car.

“Great value for money”
It actually exceeded our expectations of an over-night stay there. Great location. Aesthetic. Clean. Comfy. Welcome water in the room. Polite and helpful guy in the reception. Self-service check-in was arranged and explained as we arrived late at night.
