Overlooking the Tisleifjord, Oset Fjellhotell is 1.5 km from Golsfjellet Ski Centre. It offers traditional Norwegian cuisine as well as a kids playroom, gym and indoor pool. Wi-Fi is free in all areas. Central Gol is 22 km away. All of Oset Fjellhotell’s guest rooms feature a seating area and a private bathroom with either a shower or a hot tub. Oset Fjellhotell’s in-house restaurant serves a variety of dishes based on locally sourced ingredients. The desserts are prepared in the restaurant’s own pastry kitchen. A bar and a bistro are also available. Oset Fjellhotell offers a playground and a games room equipped with a shuffleboard table, tennis table and pool tables. Other facilities include free parking with EV charging stations, trailer parking with access to electricity, and an outdoor sauna available on request. Staff is happy to help arrange fishing, hiking, windsurfing and many other activities. Electric bikes, cross-country skis and boats can be rented on site.

Generous breakfast with wide selection. Can't miss with the pancakes and fresh bread. Modern and freshly renovated room with all the comforts for good night sleep and battery recharge when the Norwegian weather gets a bit rougher.

Ok, the rooms in this place are a little bit run down, but this is easily compensated by the hospitality of staff and the facilities of the hotel.

Food was very good, especially the dinner buffet with lots of choice, all of high quality. Everything was spotlessly clean and most of the staff were very friendly. The room was very big indeed.
