“staff not trained and overcharge for mini bar and laundry”
I booked two rooms and we have only consumed some water and did some laundry. We stayed for 4 nights and was charged for ~$300 CAD for the laundry!!!!! The staff did not check payments/bills thoroughly and kept saying that the final payments was for the laundry and mini bar consumed during the four nights stay. That is for sure overcharged, as the price is more expensive than that charged by Marriott or Hilton, etc. They never showed the price list for the laundry and the mini bar and so they can charge you for any amount when you check out. Very disappointing.

“By far the best option in Goianesia”
Modern, clean hotel. Large rooms and common spaces. Helpful staff. Free secure onsite parking. Reasonable breakfast. No fancy services like pool, massage, spa etc - but this is Goianesia, not the Copacobana.
