Great location in small town Godella. Only about 25 mins by metro into the centre of Valencia. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast fantastic. Lots of facilities. The Residencia was very quite. So easy to rest at night time. Room lots of storage space, clean and comfortable. I would definitely like to stay here again when I come yo Valencia.

I’m absolutely delighted with the kitchen — it has more than everything you could need. It’s very convenient that breakfast is included, and everything is fresh and delicious. The rooms are always clean, with wonderful showers and even a desk for working. The place is quiet and cozy, yet you can get to Valencia very quickly. Perfect for those who want to stay overnight in a peaceful suburb while spending active time in the city.

My daughter loved the Airbnb, everyone was so polite and respectful. The kitchen is so well organised for all guests. The breakfast was delicious and it's such a thoughtful thing to do. The room was really clean and looked just like the pictures. I definitely recommend this for anyone going to valencia but doesn't want to stay in the city, it's just 16 minutes by metro which is a 12 minute walk from the Airbnb. She will definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet location. En suite shower had hot water, power points plentiful. Breakfast was fine, loved Valencian Oranges. Lighting good, key card worked perfectly well. Well located within 5 mins of Metro & Mercadona supermarket

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was great, and all the facilities were brand new and sparkling clean. I especially liked the large kitchen — it’s very convenient to be able to cook your own meals. Overall, it’s excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Demar is a very good value for the money, what I liked the most was the overall cleanliness and functionality. My room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. Although very distant from the centre, the place is connected by metro (the station is not far away, about ten minutes of easy walk).

The breakfast was an adequate continental breakfast, which did not always suit my husband. We would have appreciated some tea bags as only coffee was available. The kitchen was well stocked should you want to prepare you own meals. The cleaners were a delight even though we could not understand them. The whole residence was spotless and the bed comfortable.

The staff were very friendly, and the facility is very clean. There is public transport near the property.

Residencia Demar exceeded all my expectations. Everything was perfect: it was so clean and cozy, the room was very cozy with plenty of storage space, and the bed was very comfortable, the common areas were very cozy, and the kitchen was excellent, the location was close to my work destination, and the staff was really friendly. The laundry facilities were also a plus. Overall, great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
