Modern, clean new property really good air con in all the rooms- an absolute must here in August- temperatures not dropping below 23 at anytime and in the early to mid 30s everyday if not more. Our young daughter loved the pool. Owner was very responsive to all messages and arrived immediately to show us in. There are 4 villas, the owner’s is at the top of the row, ours -villa 3 was next down and so on. All villa pools and gardens are slightly overlooked but as far we could see this was the case in nearly all of the other properties too and is just accepted here and was in fact not a problem at all. It was a wonderfully quiet location with just the sound of crickets in the background except when there was some event on in the nearby hotel but these generally wrap up fairly early. There was surprisingly few flies and mosquitoes although there are enough when sitting out in the evening that you will get at least a bite or two. The villa is within a pleasant 5- 10 minute walking distance to the main thoroughfare of restaurants and shops. Gocek was exactly what we wanted - not full of Brits abroad , not too touristy, felt more like the Istanbul elite on holiday, not too busy but had a pleasant atmosphere, easy to get to - drive and walk - grocery stores and delis. Easy to drive around - v few cars on the roads. Parking isn’t great though.

amazing marble interior decor. very clean and well maintained. in a quiet street but only 5 mins walk from the local shops and restaurants. Ugur the host was very sharp and responsive when we needed anything.

Location, aircon showers and pool all excellent. There was a very well equipped kitchen and washing facilities, which we didn’t use so can not comment. Spotlessly clean.

“This was an amazing stay”

The villa was clean and well maintained with the pool being cleaned every morning. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms and the location of the villla was great as you could be in the swimming pool and enjoy the lovely views of the surrounding area. Ugur was an amazing host who was incredibly helpful. We landed very late at night and he was there to help us and sorted out food arrangements for us and exchanged money for us. We were able to message him at any time and he’d always help us whether we had questions about places we could visit or ordering taxis and food. He is such a nice person who made every effort for us to enjoy our stay.
