“Great place for an overnight stop over.”
We made very welcome by the owner who gave us the option of two rooms. The room was clean and spacious enough for the two of us with two suitcases. The beds were comfortable, the shower powerful and hot. It was great having a microwave and fridge with simple utensils for two people to eat at a small table and chairs. There was a nice sitting area outside as well. There is a small private parking area right next to the building, and it was on a quiet street. We used it as a stopping off point on our journey from Cochrane in Chile to El Calafate (a total journey time of just under 9 hours including time at the Chilean and Argentinian checkpoints on the Paso Roballes border point). There is a super market in town and if you are heading to El Chalten, stock up here as the prices are significantly cheaper. Would highly recommend.

“Very good bathroom; tiny room”
The rooms are newer with a well-equipped bathroom. The water in the shower runs down the drain nicely and the water temperature can be adjusted and remains constant. These two simple things are a problem in many other accommodations. In the room there is a kettle, toaster and a small refrigerator, dishes for two, a table with 2 chairs. The hotel manager is extremely nice and accommodating.
