“Nice place, but the sound insulation could definitely be improved”

“Fantastic!”
We loved how comfortable it was, and having a kitchen and washing facilities. The location was perfect, close to both beaches, so we could go for long walks, and the grocery stores were right near by. It was just great and we hope to go back in the future.

“I was a bit skeptical about the reviews all being excellent. Indeed it's an exceptional place.”
I 've stayed at numerous places in Cape Ann. LBS is by far the best. Location by Long Beach, ease of check-in, nearby icecream shop and snack shop, parking, lovely appointed suite with all accroutements. I'm a stickler for kitchen linens and there were plenty of dish towels, etc. Excellent. I look forward to returning.

“Wonderful place to spend a week with the family”
We loved staying here for a week in August. The location is wonderful, with a view of Long Beach from the patio. This accommodation is also a 9 minute walk to Good Harbour Beach and we went back and forth during our stay. The beds were comfortable, parking was easy, and the kitchen was nice to cook in. Don’t miss out on the easy walk to Surfside Subs for pizza, lobster rolls and ice cream. We loved the vibe of this family friendly neighbourhood and enjoyed our evening walks. We also took advantage of the public access tennis, pickle ball and basketball court which can be accessed through fire break #1 along the beach walk. We used this as a home base and enjoyed day trips to Rockport, Salem, and downtown Gloucester. Don’t sleep on the opportunity to jump onboard a Cape Ann Whale Watch tour. Will definitely return again next year!
