“What it says on the tin”
As it says, directly looking at the ocean. At first sight it looked a bit motel-ey but the layout is actually quite convenient- parking at the back and the room had 2 entrances and a little patio. Great breakfast available. Make sure you visit pretty Rockport.

“Decent stay”
Ocean views, room was clean and beds comfortable. Beach/pool towels were thoughtful, even if we didn't use them. Breakfast was delicious even thou we had to pay. Hotel guests should get a discount

Beautiful location opposite the ocean. Approximately a 10 ten minute drive into Gloucester and about 15 minutes drive to Rockport.

It says pretty clearly on their website that breakfast is one of the amenities. Normally, when people charge for breakfast, they say so on the website. But I had to pay for my breakfast, which I did not like.

Just everything. The hotel is absolutely excellent, so is everyone of the management and staff. Exceptional maintenance and cleaness. The location and view are both unique.
