The reception staff went out of their way to accommodate us. A very large function was on the night we stayed and the room allocated was far from the noise created.

“Unprofessional Handling of Guest Issues”
Unprofessional Handling of Guest Issues I stayed at this hotel on 27.12.2024 in room 203. After checking out, I realized that I had forgotten my white gold ring in the shape of a snake with small stones in the room. This item holds immense sentimental value for me. I immediately contacted the hotel administration, but instead of conducting a thorough investigation, I was simply told that the room had been cleaned and nothing was found. It seems that they didn’t even try to look into the situation properly or speak with the housekeeping staff. I’m deeply disappointed that the hotel neglected to address this issue, leaving me with the impression that they don’t care about their guests. This completely ruined my experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel due to their unprofessional attitude. I hope the hotel administration reviews their approach to handling guest concerns to ensure situations like this don’t happen again.

This hotel is conveniently located just 5 to 7 minutes by car from the airport. We have reserved rooms here on two occasions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with efficient air conditioning available during the summer months. The hotel is family-friendly, particularly for those with small children; there is a playroom on the first floor featuring a castle and slide, as well as a nearby playground. We find the breakfast to be quite generous, offering a variety of options including sandwiches, boiled eggs, cheese, sausages, cereal, yogurt, and some sweets. If you choose not to include breakfast in your reservation, you can still visit the restaurant located on the first floor.

The breakfast was quite good. The dinner in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Great thanks to the chef. Really loves his job.

Wonderfully clean and spacious room! Everything was just perfect and exceeded our expectations. 7 minutes from the airport by car. There is a nice private free parking space. Everything is just amazing.
