Location is good, short walk to Iron mountain hot springs or town. Nice large shower. Breakfast is basic but fine.

“Great place to stay in Glenwood Springs”
great place to stay for a base in Glenwood springs. the breakfast was ok very accomodating when we arrived one night early as our previous booking cancelled and we were able to stay another night no problem. Room was very spacious and nice and warm. would definitely stay again for future visits to GS.

“Good overnighter”
A single night's stay. Comfy, clean room with good aircon and a good shower. Essentially a decent motel room which was fine for a single night. Good breakfast - standard American - and I was really pleased that they have cut waste to a minimum by using proper cups, plates and cutlery and a staff member employed to collect and wash up. (Too many hotels use single use items) Handy location - near the hot springs and close to the river walk.
