Loved the access to nearby Glenwood hot springs and breakfast there. Comfortable beds with coffee machine, loved the terrace in the room and that we were off the main highway. So less traffic noise.

“Comfortable stay with great breakfast”
The rooms were big, comfortable, and ours had a garden in front. The hot springs access is just outside the hotel. The breakfast was next to the pools. There were lot of options and they had gf items as well.

“Overpriced, Poorly Maintained, and Unprofessional Service”
The location itself was decent, and the idea of having access to a hot spring sounded appealing. The check-in process was initially smooth, and we appreciated that an upgrade was offered over the phone (although it was never properly explained or honored).

I liked the location, close to the springs, but had not realised it was a separate building across a road. Just a short walk across the river to town so handy for the shops and cafes there.

“A great place even if a little overpriced.”
I liked that this hotel included the cost of the springs access for guests on the day of check in and the day after, regardless of check in/out times. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was made to order which is nice. The staff were all very pleasant and gave us early check in too.
