Everything was great. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. It’s true that there isn’t much of a view from the window since the apartment is partly in the basement, but honestly it didn’t bother us at all. We felt very comfortable there, almost like at home. The electric fireplace added a really nice and cozy atmosphere.

Well equipped kitchen, heating worked well, nice electric fire, delicious chocolates, great washing machine including tumble dryer, washing powder was provided as well

The apartment is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, and clearly an excellent base for hiking in the area. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate during our stay – it rained the entire time. But this made us all the more grateful to have this cozy apartment as our refuge. It was the perfect place to relax and wait out the weather in comfort. The apartment provided exactly what we needed during those rainy days, and we felt right at home.

Lovely place that thought about all the little details that you’ll need for a stay. Great view of the mountains and only ~10 min stroll to the lake front. Really enjoyed our stay :)

“Why stay in Queenstown when you can stay in Glenorchy?”

The apartment had everything we could possibly want or need. We appreciated the washing machine, the toiletries and the tea and coffee. The apartment is spacious, and it was just a short walk to Mrs Woolley’s Cafe where you will find the most delicious cakes, sandwiches, pies and pastries! After a day of hiking we appreciated being able to relax and watch a Netflix movie. Also, whoever chose the bed gets a 10/10 from me. Best nights sleep we had in New Zealand!

Spacious, modern, very clean, very comfortable. Beautifully appointed with washer/dryer, sharp knives, good cooking hob, generous supply of coffee pods. Effective flame-effect heater. Very responsive owners.
