“worst hotel experience of my life”

I’m struggling to think of anything good. I guess the location was ok.

“Great place…just let down by a ropey check in set up”

The kiosk check in system was fraught, resulting in long waits and several guest being sent to incorrect rooms.

“Left after one night. Dirty. Smelly. And awful staff that speak only via an iPad on a stand.”

The location was good. That was the ONLY thing that was good.

Paid my deposit and they still haven’t returned it nearly a month later ! Stayed here for 2 nights and they took a deposit for each. So $300 in total. I was promised a full refund after we check out. I am still yet to receive.

“Stay away from Glendale Hotel!!!!!!”

We will not forget how you refused to refund us the parking fee after we asked you to cancel the parking fees for 5 days. The manager lied and said he saw our car parked in the cameras, even though we always parked on the street. So for only 75$ to lie and behave like thieves, shame on you

“Disappointed”

I a very unhappy, I had to pay $150 deposit, I was advised it would arrived back in my bank account within 7 working days of checking out. It has been over two weeks and I have still not received my deposit back. The hotel have been incredibly difficult to contact and very unhappy. Do not book a stay here

The rooms were large and clean. There was a minor issue with the bathtub, but the staff resolved it promptly.

My stay did not get off to the best start and therefore it is hard to state the positives for this hotel as you can not replace the personal welcome of a physical person in a hospitality setting (see below), however our room was very clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable

“Overnight stay”

Location perfect after a long day at Universal and a short journey to Hollywood and Los Angeles the following day. Rooms quiet and comfortable, complimentary hot beverages and cold water a nice welcoming touch.

More food facilities e.g. breakfast.
