The hotel was excellent—modern, clean, and with very friendly staff. The breakfasts were outstanding, and we even received a goody bag since we had to leave very early for the airport. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

We had four wonderful nights at this lovely place. Maude was the best host you possibly could ask for. She really met all our wishes and did the best of breakfasts! The pool was a perfect for swimming, clean and fresh. Same with the rooms, clean and comfortably. The sunset from the balcony was just stunning. We would easily come back to this gem, thank you!

Everything was perfect. If you want to relax and have comfort stay - recommended so stay. Everything here brand new, clean room, big pool, tasty breakfast. From the balcony you can see a sunset at the evening. Close to the city. Big thanks to the lady, which takes care of the place all day long. She is very friendly, polite and helpful.

It was our first time on the Seychelles and this was a great place to start with. With its proximity to Beau Vallon, it felt like the perfect mix of remoteness and access to shops/eateries. One thing to mention is the state-of-the-art air con. It's strong and super quiet at the same time.

Although she’s not the owner, she truly embodies the heart and soul of this establishment. Maude's kindness and vibrant personality made our stay truly unforgettable. Her breakfast is nothing short of delicious; each morning was a delight, with a variety of fresh options that energized us for the day ahead. More than just a host, Maude is a genuine sunshine, always ready with a smile and an eager willingness to help. She also recommended the Creole Infusion dinner delivery service from world-class Chef Nelson, who prepared the most delicious creole meals. We simply placed an order, and our dinners were delivered right to the villa, making our evenings exceptionally delightful and hassle-free. Maude’s professionalism and care for her guests stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and catered to during our stay. The joy she radiates is contagious, creating an atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Without her, our experience would not have been the same. If you’re looking for a memorable stay in Mahé, we highly recommend the Villa Panoramic Seaview. “Amazing Host and and amazing accommodation”

Jannette was an outstanding host. She welcomed us warmly upon arrival, showed us to our room, and remained readily available throughout our stay for anything we needed. Each morning she prepared an excellent breakfast for us. I walked daily from the accommodation to Beau Vallon, which was conveniently close. The sunset views from our room were absolutely breathtaking.

The room was clean and spacious. The service was impeccable. Thank you Maude! Breakfast was delicious. The pool and the room balcony have amazing view. The apartment is very well located in Beau Vallon. Close to the beach and restaurants/bars in the area. Highly recommend it!

The view is amazing from the balcony and from the pool. The room was clean and tidy, we had everything, what we needed. Breakfast was delicious and the lady at the house was, polite and helpful.

Property is lovely Very well maintained, clean and tidy. In-house housekeeping/‘manager Moud was very friendly , hospitable and always available if you need anything even if it is to direct a lizard/gekko out the room (expect this in countries like Seychelles) did have issues with the first room we were given in the bathroom but we were moved the next morning. Rooms cleaned everyday and water, tea/coffee topped up. Breakfast was good.

We had a loveley stay near Beau Vallon. The appartment was cozy and clean with a modern furniture. Maud was very helpful and took care of special diets. We can highly recommend this flat.

Everything is perfect! New rooms, very clean, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Location is perfect! Wi-FI works perfect. There is also delivery service for dinner. I will book it again next time.

Sunset view from the infinity pool and the room is amazing. Breakfast is delicious and the wifi works great. Mr Ian is very nice and tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We arrived early in the morning with the ferry from Praslin, got an early check-in and also had an evening flight and could stay at our room until needed (free of charge). We really appreciated it, made our travelling much easier. I suggest renting a car, there are private parking spaces in front of the Villa.

Good location and Good view

Beautiful small villa with only four rooms. Ian is very informative and nice and the place was great pick for the start of our holiday. The breakfast was very good and fresh every morning and the pool is a big plus.
