Everything about this place is amazing. The space is clean & well maintained. There’s everything you need. Loved the bathroom so spacious & clean. The deck is simply amazing. But the best part about the place are the hosts. Uncle & Auntie Patricia are amazing people. They gave us fresh tropical fruit from their garden everyday. Their dogs Max, Lucky & Oscar are such sweethearts, especially Max. Uncle also gave us fresh Tuna & a bottle of wine for my husband’s birthday. They are such caring & good people. The place is perfect for a couple or small family. Sunsets on the deck are amazing. There’s a grocery store & takeaway 2 mins away & many amazing restaurants nearby. Thank you for making our vacation truly special.

“Best Stay in Seychelles”

Patricia and Guy were by far the kindest, most welcoming hosts we met during our two-month holiday. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, and their warmth and generosity really stood out. The accommodation itself was fantastic — spacious, spotless, with everything you could possibly need. The bed and linen were exceptionally comfortable, the apartment was immaculately cleaned every day, and all the furniture and appliances were in perfect condition. Best of all, the balcony had a breathtaking view of the ocean. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Seychelles without hesitation. It was a highlight of our trip.

Location is perfect if you do really realize the purpose of your trip. Car is must have. But it is true for all locations on Mahe. Apartment is spacious with a stunning view either from the bed, either from verandah. Special thank for a soft silky linen and a comfortable bed. Complimentary fruits from the local garden are beyond expectations as well as the home made tasty tuna from the hosts. We really appreciate this perfect meal. In addition, all local attractions are here. Turtles, orchid garden, tropical fruits growing on your eyes.

Amazing place in very quit area with stunning view! Appartment has everythung, very spacious, owners are so kind, generous and will make you stay unforgettable! We cant wait to come again :)

“Magnificent experience!”

Patricia & Guy are so great and such lovely people. They actually provide almost a hotel-service as the apartment gets cleaned on a daily basis, we got fresh fruits (lots!) from the garden every day and they even provided dinner every few nights, and it were fantastic fish meals! Plus we loved the three dogs and two turtles! Apart from those additional things it is an amazing apartment with a beautiful view in a great location. We love Glacis as it is quiet but close to nice beaches and great restaurants. To sum it up: the best private accomodation we ever had also as it is fantastic value for rather little money!

Why stay at a 5 star hotel when you can stay at sunset bay apartments? We had a lovely stay there! The apartment is spacious and beautiful! Its deck/ balcony is so amazing, we loved spending some days there enjoying the view of the ocean and Beau Vallon! Even though the hosts live in the apartment above, we had full privacy. Guy and Patricia are amazing hosts! We had fresh fruits from their garden daily! In addition to the eggs we found in our fridge, Guy also surprised us with fresh tuna fish! Their hospitality was beyond our expectations!

“Perfect”

High standard apartment, very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need (cooking …) Great terrace to enjoy the bay view all the day long. But overall, the lovely hosts that put all their care so that your stay and Seychelles stay be more than perfect. A plus, their very professional daily housekeeping service.

We have never met this kind of kindness (!) from the host, felt like family member which we will never forget. They are really really (!) helpful. The view is stunning: clouds on top of the mountain, the birds' sing, sunset, sailboats on the ocean. Dreaming. This is wonderful place to stay, spend honeymoon, or even get married. The reviews of this accomodation are correct and if you find this accomodation free, do not think, just book it. Some useful information: - My fiancée has gluten allergy and found foods to cook in the two shops down the hill. - Bus stop at down the hill. - At first glance, the bus system looks chaos - mainly as european's eye - but easily can use with two application: a.) MAPS.ME - this will write the bus stop name near you, b.) SPTC - you can write the bus station name in the search menu and will give you the details about when the bus come and go. - We liked better the south's beach witht he big waves like Takamaka or Anse Intendance and to reach them by bus it was 1.5 half hour there and another 1.5 hour back to the accomodation. - Most important advise: book a car! We did not have one and technically we had hard (!) time to go up to the hill to reach our house by walk (30s couple and fit). It is not just a 30 degree hill. : - D

“A Slice of Paradise”

It’s our 6th time on Mahe and this stay was truly special thanks to a wonderful couple Guy and Patricia who run this hidden gem in the midst of the tropical garden with the killer view over the iconic beach. I could probably write an essay what a wonderful stay we’ve had but I’ll try to stick to the points for those who are still considering whether to book it or not. Don’t hesitate! Do it right away! 1. A Spacious villa surrounded by a tropical garden with three friendly dogs who will make sure to guard your privacy. 2. Amazing terrace perfect for breakfasts and dinners!! it’s so serene and relaxing that you won’t want to leave the place even for the beach that is by the way just a 5 min drive. 3. the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your meals. we cooked every day and felt very content! 4. Cherry on the top are the owners. They will treat you like their family. Guy is like a magician who would always show up with some little gift from their garden. Those gigantic avocados… and passion fruit.. and banana.. and some many more surprises Im not going to share here and let you enjoy them if you decide to stay with the wonderful and caring Guy and Patricia!

We spent a perfect week on our honeymoon in this amazing apartment, and honestly, it couldn't have been better. The location was just incredible, with breathtaking ocean views that never got old. The apartment itself was immaculate. Everything was sparkling clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed for a comfortable relaxing stay. What truly made our stay exceptional were the owners. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful time. If you are looking for a stunning place to stay, with incredible views and hosts who will make you feel like family, look no further!

“Simply perfect!”

First of all we would like to thank the wonderful hosts guy and patricia! They were very caring and super friendly. Guy brought us fresh fruits everyday, fresh coconuts as a welcome drink and marinated thuna filets for dinner, guy if you read this: they were super delicious as well as the fruits! I loved the papayas and the passion fruit! My wife said these were the best bananas she ever had in her life. I‘m allergic to bananas so unfortunately i couldn‘t try them ^^. The appartement was clean, spacious and well equipped. Like many said before, there was already water, milk, eggs and butter in the fridge and also coffee was available. The view was amazing, we loved the dogs max, oscar and lucky. Especially max loves bellyrubs and was waiting on the terrace every morning 😍. It was the perfect start to our honeymoon-journey. Thanks a lot. We would definitely recommend this appartement!

It couldn't be better! Absolutly excellent! The owners, the place, the view from the terrace are probably the best in Mahe. Highly recommend. If you could find it available on your dates, book without hesitation.

“Feels just like home”

- amazing hosts - we’ve spent a lot of time with Guy, Steven‘s father, and every single time felt like family. He has been surprising us with fresh fruits every day, got a gigantic fresh red snapper for us and helped to cook it. Him and his wife also helped us to find a doctor when one of us felt sick. Steve has also provided us with all useful information in advance and helped to book a car. We were also introduced to a little tortoise and fed her. There are also four very polite and friendly dogs who are always super happy to be pat ❤️ - a life saving welcome groceries kit with two cold coconuts - a big terrace with view on the sunset - there is everything you need in the apartment, Guy has also Share washing powder for the washing machine; the apartment has been cleaned every day and looks even better than on pictures - the Location is Perfect for Beau Valon - it’s on the hill so you don not see crowds of tourists but still can access a lot of hiking trails, Anse Major, diving centers and Viktoria - a spacious parking lot
