“Beautiful apartment in a lovely quiet location.”

A lovely apartment/room in an old traditional house, with everything we needed - fridge, air con, comfortable beds, kettle & mugs etc, lots of space including outside with amazing views . The location was nice & quiet, away from the noisy central. It’s halfway up a steep hill & parking is not difficult but not on the doorstep either. The host was really nice & helpful.

Beautiful terrace view, great location, unique property and very kind and helpful hosts.

The apartement was really nice - the inside is like the classical gjirokaster house. Location - in old town, close to bazaar, castle and everything. We were able to park the car on the street, but have to say that the streets are really narrow and steep there so we only recommend to drive if you're an 'advanced" driver.

This was very special as we had a beautiful place to celebrate our friend getting married. The location was great but most importantly the hospitality of our host. They made our Albania trip unforgettable. As a group of girls traveling, we felt looked after like they were our family.

Friendly and generous landlady, communication through translator worked quite well. Beautiful old-school room with wood-carvings on furniture. Nice surroundings, although quite far from the city center and quite hard to get to by car. A cosy yard with toys for children.

Beautiful room with character. A small complementary bottle of raki in the room was a nice touch. Very nice views from the garden over the valley and the city. Very short walk to the historic centre. Friendly host!

“Interesting stay in a traditional Girokaster house”

Very interesting to stay in a traditional Girokaster house with fabulous views over the town, valley and mountains. We felt we were in the middle of nature with the greenery, trees and birds singing. The room was very clean and nicely decorated and furnished. The parents of the owner helped us with our suitcases and were very kind and pleasant. There was a fridge and a kettle and some crockery and cutlery and there were some nice seating areas outside.

Very nice traditional house near the city center

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, and extremely clean. The host is wonderful . He is so friendly and so so so very helpful. He kindly collected us from the bus station and then when we were leaving gave us a lift back to the bus station
