We had a lovely stay at Patio Rooms! The views from the room were incredible and everything was very clean and modern. The hosts are a beautiful family who are happy to accommodate anything you might need. A lovely homemade breakfast was made for us in the morning :) we would happily stay here again!!

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was amazing and plenty. The room was the same I booked. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the rooms balcony was stunning, with a good view to the castle of Gjirokastra. Really enjoyable during the stay. One plus point is the possibility to park at the facility. If you are an outdoor person, it is nice to have Gjirokaster as a base and then explore Permet or other locations from there.

Breakfast was amazing, homemade food every morning on the veranda The veranda was cozy and the view over the city and the mountains was amazing Clean and comfortable The hosts are a really sweet couple that are very welcoming! There is a private parking space directly in front of the house.

The room itself was quite tiny but equipped with everything we needed and a comfortable bed. The balcony on the other hand had plenty of space and a great view over the mountains and the castle. The host family was very kind and always ready to help with whatever we needed. Breakfast was super good and delicious with an incredible view as well.

Great location, good customer service, and clean and tidy. I would recommend it to everyone.

Irsida and Ergest are such welcoming hosts who made our stay in Gjirokaster so wonderful. We really haven't had such friendly and caring hosts in all of our stays in rentals around the world. We didn't get the chance to use the Patio due to some rainy weather while we were there, but the breakfast served inside was still fantastic and a wonderful chance to try some traditional Albanian food. The rooms are fresh and clean and have a balcony with a fantastic view over the mountains and castle. The location is away from the town centre and old centre/bazaar so we enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Very nice room in new renovated house, delicious albanian style breakfast in the garden. Walking distance to the historical centre of Gjirokaster. Higly recomended.

This is a lovely new property up on the hill of Gjirokastra where we stayed for two nights. We loved the view from our room, the comfort inside as well the dining area outside. We liked the owners, the food was amazing and so were the people. It was quiet, peaceful and right what i needed.

We had a great stay — the hosts were lovely and very accommodating. The room was comfortable, everything was spotless, and breakfast served outside was a nice touch. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city centre, which was fine for us but worth keeping in mind.
