The staff were very, very friendly. The GPS kept getting confused and tried to take me to the hotel through the old town, with very narrow, steep streets and no place for two cars. First time, it went wrong and took me down a one-way street. On the second attempt, it led me down a street that suddenly ended at a wall, with little room to maneuver and turn around. Then it took me through narrow passages where the car could barely fit. The staff were very, very friendly. On one occasion, it went wrong and took me down a one-way street. Another time, it led me down a street that suddenly ended at a wall, with little room to maneuver and turn around. Then it took me through narrow passages where the car could barely fit. Finally, overwhelmed and struggling with the GPS, I called the owner and told him I wasn't going anywhere, and asked him to please come and tell me how to get to the hotel. He answered in 10 seconds, I sent him my location, and his son arrived within 15 minutes. And thank goodness I called them, because it wasn't the way the GPS was taking me, the fifth time it had failed... In the end, access is very easy, through the newer part of the city, without needing to go into any dangerous areas or uphill. If I hadn't called and had continued following the GPS, I would have ended up with a wrecked car or going off the road down an embankment. They were incredibly kind and weren't obligated to come and pick me up. In fact, I've thought a lot about whether to talk about the bad or just the good, because they were very kind and I didn't want to hurt their feelings, but I think the room wasn't in good condition (mainly the bathroom), and I didn't want to overlook that because I think selling a room without hot water and without being able to use the toilet is illogical and unethical.

Near Bus station. Host is nice. She was kind to pick me up on arrival in the early morning. Room is good and clean.

Small family run hotel, on quiet street a few minutes from bus station. A small room, but very clean, bed was comfortable and air con was good. A small cafe outside was nice to sit for a coffee. Very friendly and helpful owners. Good value for money.

“Good service but change the mattress”

Breakfast is excellent! The staff is very kind. The room was clean. The location is great, just 200mts from the Bus station. The building is modern. The surroundings are good. There are restaurants, a market, a hospital, etc.

“The owners treated me badly after the 1st day”

They were making a lot of noise at 1130pm to 2am and i asked the lady please to stop and there was something wrong with them, they continued to harass me deliberately. Everything i say is true. They Know how they treated me. I treated them kindly i was only nice and that is what yhey did even after i begged them to stop so i could sleep.

Everything was ok. Staff was very frendly they helped me with transportation from the hotel to the city center at no extra cost. Wonderful breakfast.

The owners are super friendly and helpfull, good room with private bathroom, very clean, nice breakfast. It is 300 m from the busstation. Alma is doing her best to talk to you in English and she is really doing fine..
