This was by far the best accommodation of our 9 day trip. The building is stunning and so atmospheric, staff helpful and a good breakfast. The location perfect for exploring with most attractions very close. The rooms are tastefully decorated, beds comfortable and shower good.

The hotel is in a beautiful building which is well placed for exploring the town. We were in the main part and not the other building alongside that we didn't go in but it looked nice too. We had the terrace room below the shared terrace above and that was a great idea and had splendid views of the castle. We sat on the terrace whenever we were back at the hotel where the internet signal was strong and let us listen to Radio Caroline and check emails. The young lady staff were really friendly. There was good value lager - Korca - available in reception that we took to our terrace. We also bought good value wine from their bar below reception. Breakfast was good too and the room was light and pleasant. We parked for free both days although poor drivers might not like the steep final assent to the hotel nor the tight spaces to park in. They ask for keys so they can move cars around to maximise the space. It was good to see that the beautiful blue Jaguar XF was given the sole single space both days so that hire car rubbish wouldn't bash into it when opening their doors etc.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It was close to all the main attractions. Breakfast was good served on the little side terrace.
