The view, dinner and breakfast are amazing and excellent

It‘s a very beautiful and comfortable accommodation. The Albanien Dinner Option contains amazing food with a great view to the castle and city from the terrace. So nice people who also help you to park in the narrow streets.

The location is great, close to the center. The rooftop has one of the best views in the city. It was an amazing experience to have breakfast there and enjoy evening view. The breakfast itself was delicious, really loved it.

Beautiful roof terrace with great views over Gjirokastër which is where breakfast is served. Staff were super helpful and helped with parking our car. Room was very clean, modern and appeared recently decorated. Fridge in room was stocked with cold drinks to purchase

We loved the view from the roof terrace across the mountains and excellent service with a very homely feel. Definitely try the traditional cuisine on offer and very generous portions! Would definitely stay here again for the lovely and friendly service.

The rooftop terrace is well worth it. Perfect to relax in the evening and in the morning to start your day with. The host was really friendly and helpful with everything.

The rooftop views were excellent. Great breakfast & evening drinks on rooftop. Very helpful & welcoming family run guest house. Clyde even came to find us in our car when google maps didn’t help finding the place. He parked car & helped carry luggage up steps to room. Rooms clean, comfortable & great balcony. Highly recommend!

The guest house is perfectly located walking distance from the center with a parking on site. The family was very welcoming and they make you feel like home. The room is big and so clean and comfortable ! We opted for the dinner option on the beautiful rooftop and the food was just delicious !!

There are three major plusses about the Guest House Juald - the people that run it, the absolutely incredible view from the roof terrace, and one of the best breakfasts I have had in a long time. Everything else is fairly standard - the rooms are decent and clean. The guest house is easy walking distance from the centre of Gjirokaster. If you are a nervous driver, don't worry, the team at the Juald will help you. The road to get there is very narrow and winding, but not impossible - even minivans can get up there.

This place was amazing, we loved it. Everything was very clean and handled with care. View from our room/balcony was nice, and it was only a short walking distance to old town. Breakfast was indeed 5/5 and was served at the rooftop with a nice view. The host was very helpful and kind to us and everything went smoothly.
