Elina also gave us a really great restaurant recommendation and was so helpful with any questions we had. The place was really clean and modern and the bed is so comfy. Highly recommend!

Host was very detail oriented and communicative. Host met us in new town, and we followed up the hill and cobblestones to the apartment. Host helped us park our car in their private secure car park. Amazing modern renovation with all amenities and large comfortable balcony with views of mountains. Steps from center of old,town and a dozen restaurants. Stop looking and book this place. Loved it and the town!

“Rare perfection, marvellous luxury stay”

This large apartment was by far the best of our accommodation in 3 weeks travelling around Albania. Car parking was available but we didn't use it (narrow road access, we were a bit afraid!). We left our car in the large underground carpark about a 6 minute walk away. We were met by the owners mother who was lovely and welcoming and friendly and showed us the apartment. Marvellous view over the town and the castle above. The apartment is beautifully furnished with top quality fittings and furniture and bedding. There's no needless clutter and everything has been thought out. Extremely clean too. We stayed 2 nights and didn't want to leave. Shops and restaurants and all that Gyjirokaster Old Town has to offer is just 3 mins walk (uphill). Small kitchenette with everything you need for an apartment stay to fix meals that don't need cooking. Large balcony with comfy seating. Everything looks brand new! Quiet and peaceful.

“Beautiful, well-appointed flat in the heart of the Old Town of Gjirokaster”

The property is perfectly situated in the Old Town of Gjirokaster nearby lots of restaurants and the main tourist attractions. We stayed in the apartment with a balcony, which afforded spectacular views of the mountain, valley and castle. It is also very tastefully appointed, with a comfortable bed a great living/seating area. Our host, Elina was helpful and thoughtful, swift to respond and kind enough to provide welcome drinks upon our arrival. The property was also spotless when we arrived. Would highly recommend!

BOOK IT !!!! I swear this villa was the BEST hotel i’ve ever been in my life !!!! We stayed 2 nights but if i knew how this villa is amazing i would have booked more nights. The view is spectacular, the villa is so tidy and clean and beautiful. The location is excellent, it is soundproof we weren’t deranged by the street noise. There is a mirror light for the makeup. The balcony there is magical for sunrise.

Gorgeous apartment, old style building but very stylish interior, the nicest apartment of our trip. Great city centre location with parking, but was still quiet at night. Elina (the host) was really helpful and friendly and could easily be reached on WhatsApp. Would highly recommend.

“Tranquility and fairytale in a beautiful oasis”

This villa is a fairy-tale oasis of peace, taste, design, and wonderful hosts. The interior was designed by architects, the view of the castle is magnificent. The accommodation is next to the old part of the city. The hosts are intellectuals. Their friendly daughter studies medicine in Saarbrücken. What a pleasant chat we had. The view of the castle is dreamy. Everything is arranged and thoughtfully designed to perfection. It's a shame we didn't stay a few more days. Worth every euro. Outstanding.

“Everything was perfect.”

The location is fantastic, at the gates of the old town facing the castle. The room was spotless & the facilities were excellent. Small details like the fluffy towels, coffee facilities, drinks in the fridge, seating area at the front all made this the perfect stay. The host Elina couldn’t have been more helpful. She messaged on WhatsApp before we arrived with all of the necessary details & was so friendly & helpful throughout our stay. Her mom & dad were also lovely.

“Perfect stay in Gjirocaster”

We still miss being at this property - it has a nice big terrace with spectacular views of the castle. The centre of town is just a couple of minutes away but it was quiet for sleeping. Our hosts were very responsive, kind and helpful (especially with the parking!). The flat is fully modernised and comfortable - highly recommended.

High end beautifully decorated apartment with stunning view in Gjirokaster old town. Loved the interior and terrace, so comfortable and brilliantly located for shops, cafes and restaurants. Owners friendly and helpful which we really appreciated. We would stay again for sure, thoroughly recommend.

“BRILLIANT - Stop searching for another property - you wont find anything better than this place.!!!!”

This place is brilliant. So close to the old bizarre - just a few hundred meters further up the hill and then not to far from castle. Yet it is still so quiet and peaceful. It has an amazing outlook from the property both day and night as you can sit outside your room on the balcony and admire the beautiful castle views and across the valley. The rooms themselves are extremely comfortable and very high quality. Better beds/sheets/pillows than some of the 5 star hotels i have stayed in around the world. Beautiful modern bathroom - very well appointed that also offers toiletries complimentary. Some drinks and chocolate snacks provided free of charge also another welcome addition. But above all of this is the very friendly family that run this small hotel. Daughter has perfect english and sends all the information you need prior to arrival and is available for any questions throughout your stay. I was actually unwell due to fever when i stayed and they offered to take me to the doctor or bring me medication. Really wonderful people. Can't recommend this place highly enough
