Friendly staff and very clean rooms. The room was clean and modern. Had a great breakfast in the morning. Location is great, easily accessible to most places. Netflix and TV available.

Rooms were modern and spotless, location is nice and at the start of the way up to the old town. Parking was quite small but had no issues.

“Great hotel in Gjirokaster”
Central location within easy reach of taxis to the old town. Hotel room was spacious, comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Great bar on the first floor which was popular with the locals.

“Very small hotel but has everything you need for a short stay”
Looks New, modern and very clean. Great location in the centre of the town on the main road. Very nice breakfast served at the table.

“Gjirokaster Gem”
Very modern, beautifully styled hotel on the main street of town with own parking and lift. Bathroom very clean with luxurious towels and large walk in shower, bed super comfortable. Breakfast was very generous and the staff super friendly. Highly recommend this place to stay

“If I come back to Gjirokastra, I would definitely choose this hotel again. :)”
Choosing Caramel during my stay in Gjirokastra made my trip even more enjoyable. The room was clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, also I found everything I needed there. The staff were very polite and even helped us park the car. :) Breakfast was delicious, served quickly and I found the atmosphere really relaxing.

“Lovely stay”
Lovely, spacious, and comfortable. No noise from the street or other rooms. It had beautiful art and vibes in the hallway! I took lots of lovely pictures 😚

“Amazing breakfast and very cozy hotel.”
Great location, avoiding traffic in the old center but with option to take taxis uphill. Amazing local breakfast, with very nice staff and confortable room. They also have parking spots behind the hotel, which is great for Albania.
