Everything. Perfect stay in a quiet village. Super friendly owner cooked me the best meal in 3 weeks travelling.

We loved each and every bit about this stay.The caretakers and the beautiful view.We went with our toddler and he enjoyed it like he is in farm ..Near by walks are quite scenic ...And it's true hidden gem... A big shout-out to Irina (I forgot the name)..but she was fantastic lady who made us feel home... We just loved our stay...

The Hotel was beautiful, the rooms are cozy. The breakfast was very good. We also had dinner in their restaurant, which was to our fullest satisfaction! The staff was very nice and even without or very little englisch very eager to communicate. They really make an effort to satisfy your needs.

Basil and Maria are extremely welcoming and took very good care of us. The food and the wine come directly from their land and it was delicious!! It was my birthday and they even baked me a cake :) It felt like being home

Very peaceful and remote location with beautiful views. We were allowed into the 13th century church opposite which was a real treat.

“Amazing and beautiful”

Due to a delayed flight we had to check in very late. When we arrived we’re offered a late night dinner with a very tasteful domestic wine. The breakfast was perfect. After check out we got the chance to see the local church. Such an amazing and beautiful place. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Very lovely and quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature. If you travel by car and plan to visit Gjirokaster, then it is a great place to stay. Gjirokaster is full of tourists and busy, so you can relax and enjoy some peace in Bujtina Sophie. You can visit historical and amazing church next door, take some great walks and enjoy good food. I really loved baked cheese with figs and pistachios. Breakfast was nice, beds were comfortable and room was clean. It is a great place to stay to take some time off and just enjoy the peace.

Lovely hosts, we arrived late in the evening and were able to provide dinner which was fantastic after a very long drive

New, clean, modern, spacious, and a very nice staff with good food too. Bonus: the place is surrounded by nature and mountains

“Picturesque, new hotel off the main route”

The room was spacious enough and included a fridge and a bit of space for an open wardrobe. The views of the valley were really nice. The hotel seems quite new, and it’s in a quiet, fairly remote village, some 30’ from Gjirokaster. If you like that, really great place to stay. And just beware that the road to the town is some 15km of narrow, steep road. Not bad, we didn’t have an issue with that, but definite something to consider when booking this hotel, specially if you’re arriving at night. PS: we did the check in at 9pm on Sunday and there was no problem, kudos for that :)

Very clean new hotel, the people are very friendly and helpful. Very good English knowledge. The breakfast was great and tasty.
