“Great stay in Gjirokaster”
Perfect stay at Ahmetaj's house. The host welcomed us with local drinks and explained a bit about the city. In the morning we had a great homemade breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking the city. They also arrange secured parking for our motorcycles free of charge. The host is very friendly and welcoming.

“Would definitely stay again, it is located in the best possible spot to walk down to the main street”

“Cozy city stay”
It was very cozy and we felt very welcomed there! :) Good breakfast. Location was perfect for the evening walks and city days! In the end we parked also very close, got parking ticket, but its very cheap, so all good:)

“Excellent stay”
Excellent location, very close to Gjirokaster old town (2 minutes walk) and to Gjirokaster Castle (9 minutes walk). Steep roads to get to the hotel. Very friendly reception, the hostess did everything to make it a pleasant stay (fresh orange juice when we arrived, she gave us an upgraded room for the same price, extra towels) Breakfast was a treat! A real Albanian breakfast we got everything we wanted and more Free parking is an adjacent street

The hosts are wonderful. They serve an incredible breakfast and make you feel right at home. Don’t use Google maps to get up to and from the guesthouse!

We recommend this accommodation for 100%. The owners are so nice! They have helped us with the parking and the baggages. The rooms are clean and beautiful. And the service.. out of the world. She is one of the kindest persons I have met. Thank you for that!

Zamira is a wonderful, motherly host! Breakfast was amazing, abundant, fresh and varied each morning. What we didn’t finish was packed up for us to take away. Location is great - within walking distance of all the sights. Everything was spotlessly clean. Kettle in the room was very welcome.

Auntie Samira was absolutely lovely, so kind and welcoming with a warm smile. Great location to the old town, and we were given their own parking space - Gjirokaster driving is not for the faint-hearted! Huge and tasty breakfast, fantastic stay.

Very kind, friendly and helpful owners. If you have the opportunity book the dinner with her; was delicious and traditional. Location is good and the view is very beautiful. Everything clean and organised. Very pleasant stay. Would stay again
