This is a very nice guest house, with really good breakfast. The furniture seemed to be rather modern. The hosts are friendly. The views are panoramic.

Everything was excellent. The hosts were very kind and communication was pleasant throughout the stay. The cleanliness and overall order were truly exceptional. We needed help with transportation, and they responded immediately and helped us without hesitation. The place is very authentic and located a bit away from the town center, which makes it very peaceful and quiet. If I return to Theth, I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful guest house situated above the town, it's about a 40 mins walk from town but it's just off the valbone hike so you have already climbed the first 200m high. Very peaceful, the family are wonderful friendly people, rooms are comfortable and large. It's on one of the circular hikes around theth and very close to the main valbone pass hike

We had a lovely relaxing stay with beautiful surroundings. The hosts were very kind, communication was difficult but we managed fine with google translate. The food was delicious, fresh and served in large portions

We booked this place because it was near to the end of the Valbone to Theth trail, before the climb down into the village (directions - as the path ends and becomes more of a road you will see a sign for it near the Villa Silvester. Don’t walk down further into the village). So this property is still quite high up and has amazing views. The family who run the property are very welcoming (little English but we had no Albanian and we all managed 😊) The room was very comfortable with extra duvets for warmth (there was early snow while we were there) and the dinner and breakfast were lovely and home cooked. If you want an authentic Albanian home stay experience then we recommend this lovely family and their lovely place.

We really enjoyed staying here. It's a family owned place and they welcome you like a family. The food they served was fantastic. We had a best food here during our 2 weeks trip in Albania. They have their own garden and vegetables are very fresh. The son pick you up from the city and he can drop you off at the city. He also arranged a bus to Blue eye.

The house is lovely and the garden and view are SO beautiful. You'll wake up in the middle of the mountains, feeling so peaceful. The hosts are really welcoming and warm. We really enjoyed our stay.

“Good mountains stay in Theth”

Staff was most friendly and views were incredible. The host also picked me up from Valbona which made the way up there much easier.

Breakfast and dinner was homemade and amazing and delicious! The owners was frendly and sweety! The house is located close to the red hiking trail. We could drink fresh water straight from the mountain! The wiev was amazing from the garden to the Alp's peaks!

beautiful guesthouse, cute rooms and astonishing view! we got picked up after arriving with the mini bus. it's a family-run guesthouse with a few rooms above their home. they seem all really cute but the communication is a little hard. the son seems to understand english but he's not very proactive in his communication style; the parents can't speak english. That threw us off in the beginning because most of the reviews said they had such a heartwarming arrival. But what worked perfectly communication-wise was via text (booking or whatsapp), super fast and friendly! - it seems like that gets managed by someone else, maybe another child. we just ask the more confusing or detailed questions there. (google translate would probably also be a good idea). Even though that was a little confusing for us we stilled felt welcomed and a wonderful time there! the food - especially the dinner - is amazing and vegetarian! and eating outdoors with just a nice view hits just different :) Thanks again!

The staff were really nice even when there was a problem with the hot water they tried to solve it immediately and apologize and were very understanding, the dinner was good and cooked fresh, the location was great for us because we went to Valbone the next morning and it is giving you a headstart

Great location at the top of Theth, so you either have a head start for the walk to Valbone, or finish slightly earlier if ending in Theth. Room was sizable, and clean etc

“Amazing home stay- 10/10”

This authentic family run guest house was a highlight of our stay in Albania. We were picked up from the centre of Theth, and warmly welcomed when we arrived. The property has animals (sheep, cow and calf), an amazing garden that meals are prepared fresh from (farm to table). Rooms were large and had views of the mountains- which was a treat when a large thunder storm came through. We prepared for our hike here, and they kindly let us store our bags before returning for a 3rd night on our return. We cant thank you enough.
