“Great hotel we will go back for sure”
Staff was great the hotel rooms were well clean. Our family loved for sure we will book again. The restaurant had fantastic food. I would suggest anyone to go who is travelling to Gjakova.

Friendly, honest, genuine staff. Simple check in, excellent restaurant with very delicious food at reasonable prices. Didn't book a breakfast but its easy to order from the menu. We didn't eat anywhere else apart from the hotel which is very rare these days as hotel restaurants are usually overpriced and terrible. Locals were also eating here which is always a good sign. I've not had this king of experience for a very long time and it really made the trip to Kosovo a memorable one. Keep up the great work here, look after your staff who in turn look after customers and people will definitely keep coming back.

“Good quality accommodation in a quiet area of Gjakove”
Nice and clean accommodation in a quiet area of Gjakove, not far from the centre of the town. Nice sitting area in the restaurant, good food. The staff and management was professional and helpful. There was a minor issue, it was handled and resolved very quickly by Mr Ermir Berisha. He was very kind and customer focused. I wish all the best for the management and the business. Highly recommended.

Hotel Frida far exceeded my expectations! Beautiful, quiet rooms, and a beautiful cafe and restaurant down below. Food was delicious and staff incredibly friendly and warm. I love that it is a small hotel. It felt cozy and perfect for a getaway in Gjakova. They also have an outside deck to enjoy the sunshine, and the location is great to ride your bike from into the old town, since there are wide roads and sidewalks. I'll definitely be coming back!

Friendly and welcoming Owner. The Restaurant and the whole hotel was nice and with an modern ambiente. The food at the restaurant was very good. Would definitely recommend it.
