“Great stay in Gjakove”
Perfect location close to the old bazaar and we could park our car in a private parking spot. The girl at the reception helped us out very well and she gave us some recommendations for lunch.

Location was good and they have closed car park. The room was clean and spacious. There was a KFC & shoping mall within a 2-minute walk of the hotel.

Very well situated hotel with the bazaar nearby + lots of restaurants+ the main bus station. The room itself was new and v clean and included free breakfast. There is a private hotel lift for the rooms.

“Wonderful stay”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located on the 12th floor with stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The amenities were top-notch, the breakfast was delicious & fresh. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I stayed for three nights with my family, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The location is excellent – central, convenient, and close to everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. We were also very impressed by the quality and variety of the food – everything we tried was delicious and clearly prepared with care. Another big plus was the on-site parking, which made traveling with a family much easier. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel 12 to anyone visiting Gjakova. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, service, and location. We would definitely come back!
