The staff is very kind, they help us with the everything that we needed. It is a very basic hotel, but with have all that you need to stay.

The sfaff was exceptionally friendly, every single one of them! Whatever I needed, they were beyond helpful (whether it was with finding a SIM card, exchanging money, advise with the taxi...). I also must add that the breakfast was fresh every day and very delicious. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Cairo!

“Breathtaking Views and Elite Service”

Fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location, close to everything we wanted to see. The staff are the real stars here, super helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with a genuine attitude.

With 3 persons we had a suite, pickup from and return to airport, 2 daytours with own car and driver to Cairo downtown, coptic and el-khalil quarters, ibn tulub, citadel, Gesira etc. Don't expect luxury, but expect direct pyramid view, comfortable beds, hot shower and true egyptian hospitality, kindness and caring from Mahmoud, take your very egyptian breakfast on the nice roof terrasse. 15 Minutes footwalk to GEM (see it from roof garden) or 10 Minutes in opposite direction behind big minibus station where the normal city life starts behind if you are not afraid to cross roads of 4 to 7 lanes with cars, motorbikes, tuctucs goong 30 to 70 km/h... We enjoyed it very much, thank you!

Located near the pyramids, nice view from the rooftop. Helpfull owner. Our driver did not find the location and the owner navigated him via phone towards the hotel.

“Great Value, Amazing View”

Mahmoud and the staff were kind and helpful. It’s close to a locals neighborhood where I found all the food and supplies that I needed. The breakfast was huge and tasty and you can’t beat the amazing view from the rooftop of the pyramids!

The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Since I believed the hotel worked with good tour guides, I decided to book a guide through the hotel. Even though the Pyramids were closer, the guide first took me to places farther away. I didn’t think much of it at first. When it was finally time to visit the Pyramids, the guide told me that the area was too large to walk and that he had called for a ride. A horse carriage arrived. I told him he should have asked me first. When I asked about the price, he said it was 120 dollars. I refused to pay that much. My guide then said, “Make it 100 dollars, including the entrance fees.” After some back and forth, I reluctantly agreed. However, the man who took the money disappeared immediately. Inside, different people kept taking turns leading us — clearly, a setup to confuse and exploit tourists. The road was not suitable for a horse carriage; it was sandy and rocky, and the carriage could hardly move, constantly zigzagging. It would have been faster and easier to walk. I was tossed from side to side in the carriage, and once I hit my shoulder on the metal bar so hard that it bruised and hurt for several days. Sometimes the carriage got stuck in the sand, and when the horse struggled or refused to move, it was whipped. I truly felt sorry for the poor animal. Before coming to Egypt, I had already read many negative reviews back in Germany. People said tourists often get scammed — and unfortunately, I experienced this firsthand. As a Muslim, I felt deeply ashamed by such behavior. I honestly don’t understand how your hotel can cooperate with such people. Your hotel is wonderful, but working with dishonest guides damages both your reputation and the image of your country.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very nice and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful they assisted us with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just next to the Pyramids, and the tour guide they arranged for us was excellent. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.
